Cute and very comfortable cottage with everything that was needed for a stay. Also, next to the Newport Vineyard to eat.

We came on a Monday and left on the Friday. The cottage was well appointed with the perfect amount of amenities to make our stay pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor.
The location is minutes from stores, restaurants and is easy to get to.
We will be back when we come back up here.

We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa.
We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks.

This was the perfect property for us! My husband is an early riser so having two floors was great! I prefer to sleep in a little bit so the accommodations were ideal plus very comfortable. The kitchen came equipped and the bathroom had plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were wonderful! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our two kids (9 and 11) stayed on the pull-out sofa downstairs and enjoyed having their own 1/2 bathroom and space. The pull-out bed was comfy as well! We only used the small fridge for leftovers and drinks, so not sure about the rest of the appliances, but everything in this home was spotless, and it was a perfect amount of space for a family of four. Having designated parking directly in front of the building was also wonderful after a long day of trying to find spaces in Newport! Being out of the hustle and bustle of the city was great, and we hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

What a cute property! My husband and I made a quick trip to Newport and after our experience we'll definitely be back next year for a full week. The Cottages were perfect! Central to everything we wanted to do and private. I plan on checking out the spa on our next trip. The Winery next door was so convenient and such a good time as well.

We were so delighted with our cute cottage! It exceeded our expectations! Love the amenities and the nearby winery! The location was so close to downtown Newport! Would totally recommend to family/friends and hope to be back soon!

I stayed here with my family for two nights. The cottage was perfect for our party of four. Very clean. Parking at front door. Plenty of space to move around, as well as privacy if needed thanks to the two floors. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It’s only 15 minutes to downtown Newport and nearby the beaches. The vineyard next door was a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Will definitely return!

The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning purposes.
Overall a great experience and would stay again.

My granddaughter and I stayed her while enjoying a celebratory trip for her recent high school graduation. Well furnished home, although for planning purposes there are no kitchen staples at all. The one comfortable bed is upstairs. I slept on sleeper sofa in living area, which was adequate.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the cottage. It is probably one of the nicest vrbo's we have stayed in. We really liked that there was a half bath downstairs as well as a full bath upstairs. It was very well equipped. Close enough to newport. Easy to find, easy to check in, very clean. Our cottage had a parking spot right outside our door. There was an stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans if you are inclined to cook. We chose to eat out. If i was staying in the area again, i would definitely rent here again.

Only one night stay in a cottage but it was spotless, beautifully decorated (very modern & new) and all amenities. Bed was VERY comfy. We had one glitch - the weather turned cold & we couldnt get the heat to go on so the person sleeping downstairs had a nippy night. Easy, short (15 min) drive to all of the action in Newport. Definitely recommend!

We loved the site and all the details. What we did not like was the lack of parking for our unit. We had to walk while other units had direct parking.

This little house was amazing-a million times better than a hotel room! Living room area was perfectly sized with a full kitchen. Half bathroom downstairs (such a bonus)! Full master suite upstairs with a king sized bed and a spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Each house has an assigned parking spot, which is great. Quick drive to get into Newport. Great customer service from booking to check out. Thinking of re-booking already!

Just outside of Newport, easy drive to beaches and downtown. The place was private, modern, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cottage that is clean and has everything you need in a great area. Has washer an dryer & personal parking space. Down the street from Newport Vineyard. Quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful!
It was so nice to have our own little house. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff were very friendly. We would absolutely come back again!
Just one heads up the fridge is the size of a hotel one. We only stayed 2 nights so not as big a deal but if staying a week it would have been because we didn't know ahead. It's a full size kitchen but the dishwasherand stove are half size.

Cute little house
We only stayed one night, but we found it to be quite comfortable. There were a few oddities, like trying to figure out how to adjust the heat or how to turn the lights on in the shower, but it was nice. We had to Google how to use the convection oven that we weren’t familiar with, but that is no fault of the cottage!

Cute mini house
These cottages are the cutest little mini houses. I loved that we had a whole space to ourselves and didn't have to worry about noise all night long like a hotel. We loved the full kitchen, helping cut down on food cost. Super cute Vinyard next door. We loved that the area was a bit quieter than it would be right at the beach yet still so close to the beach and restaurants.

The place was beautiful, clean, well appointed And we would definitely stay again.
A few slight problems were plugs near the sinks in the bathrooms did not work, the water in the upstairs bathroom just trickled out and the shower drain was slow and filled with a hair clog. For us these were not issues worthy of having you come out and fix but we thought you should know. We will stay again!

Great Place
We were very happy with our stay and we were impressed on how clean and how modern the cottage was. The only issue we had was we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. There were many light switches that if they were labeled it would have made it easier to figure out what lights they turned on. But overall it was a great place and we wished we could have stayed longer than 1 night.
