Easy parking, private entrance to room, bid room, breakfast terrific what else could you ask for.

Elaine could not have been nicer or more accommodating . The breakfast the next morning was delicious. The room was so clean and comfortable. It was a 10 minute drive at most from carlingford Town. I will definitely be back and would strongly recommend to anyone else. I don't think the pictures on booking.com do it justice.

Everything was perfect lovely room private bathroom tea/coffee, fresh milk in own fridge each day. Breakfast amazing, lovely host Elaine.

I loved the old fashioned room that we stayed in i t was beautiful 😍

The breakfast was one of the best we have gotten. Elaine was a lady she made myself and husband every welcome. Even drove us into the local town. Definitely will be staying again and a bit longer.

There is nothing that we could complain about beautiful clean comfort. We had it all.

This place is so lovely to stay in, it has everything you need. Will definitely be back again.

There is no good or bad accomondation. There is value for money only. Not typical b&b.Each room with its own entrance,which makes them suits.You don't interfere with a host or bothering anyone when coming back at 1 or 2am.Brilliant yard.Plenty of relaxation and smoking area.Breakfast comes fresh at time you arrange with the host.Breakfast room really quiet and cosy.Host itself very professional and organised.Helpfull but not annoying. Leaves you alone. Coming back again 100%.Looking no further.

No red carpet or a complimentary escort. Baby spider over shower in right corner. But I'll close one eye on those few.

Excellent accommodation in a very spacious bedroom, which was spotlessly clean. A lot of facilities such as TV, coffee and tea facilities and a separate residents lounge room. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options for hot and cold food. The owner was very helpful and accommodating with tips for the area

My stay was beautiful and the room was beautiful breakfast was outstanding and it’s one of the best places I have stayed at in long time . Please if you book you have to go there see the views etc .

I liked it with my partner and could not fault it the only thing is you need a car to get there as it is out in the countryside . You could get the train from Belfast to Dundalk or Dublin and get a taxi there from local company . I’m not sure about buses but all I can say if you like walks in beautiful days the views are amazing so don’t take my word you have to stay to see what I mean many thanks for my stay I hope to go back there again in the summer months best wishes Hugh .

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, romantic, warm and cosy room in this superb B&B. Every little detail we’ll thought out , we lacked for nothing. Elaine and her husband such lovely hosts, a lift into Carlingford provided and a delicious gluten free breakfast for my partner who is coeliac. 100% recommended and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic venue with great owners who pull out all the stops to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one, I can't recommend this place high enough. Spacious comfy rooms and a great breakfast.
