Superbe villa pieds dans l'eau avec vue mer panoramique pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.
Piscine privative et son petit jardin.
Idéalement située face à la mer, cette belle demeure vous séduira par sa situation exceptionnelle.
Qui dit face mer veut également dire voie ferrée, cependant la villa est excellemment bien isolée phoniquement.
Vous apprécierez sa luminosité et ses nombreux accès extérieurs.
Elle se compose d'un très spacieux séjour donnant sur le jardin et la piscine ou vous profiterez de la vue sur la mer et la piscine.
Un deuxième salon est également là ou vous pourrez regarder la TV.
Cuisine américaine entièrement aménagée et équipée ouverte sur sa salle à manger donnant sur la terrasse.

3 chambre avec lit double en (160/200)
3 chambres avec chacune 2 lits simple en 90/200.
Les 3 chambres des étages supérieurs sont climatisées
Une des chambres se situe dans la mezzanine au dessus du séjour. (Lit double)
Une autre chambre située en rez de jardin est en enfilade avec une autre chambre.
Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain + toilette accès direct.

The house is nice and true to description and pictures. It has pretty much all you need, we asked the management for a couple of things during our one month stay and they were always super helpful, on top of it and responsive.
The house itself is a bit old but well kept, my only suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen stuff. The rooms bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean but some areas of the house needed a deeper clean, they have a cleaning service who did a great job. The view and garden are amazing, the train does bother some people the first day they are there but then you get used to it, it was our silence and breathing time. We always found parking either two or 4 blocks away. We had family and friends and everybody had their space, I would really consider adding ac downstairs, the kids didn’t mind it but I do think it would be a plus. We had overall an amazing time and would definitely rent the property again.

Our group of three enjoyed our stay very much - especially the sea views and superb location. Every morning I went for a run to La Croisette (about 12 minutes away running along the coast). There are two supermarkets nearby and the central part of Cannes is a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with lots of space for 6 of us, each with our own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and very clear instructions on how to use things.
Train goes past right in front of the villa but wasnt too bad, its only for a few seconds and you really only hear it if youre outside.
Our only challenge was there was no lockbox for keys, and only 2 sets of keys were given so we had to coordinate to swap over keys during the day between the 6 of us who were all doing different things. Would recommend they investigate a secure box for the key to be kept during the day.

For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement bedroom fans as they didn’t work properly. Also be aware of the car parking, the listing on Vrbo says there is parking, but it is on the street 300m away if you can find a space. None of the above were showstoppers and we would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the house. Everything and more. Pool was wonderful. The only downside a bit was the train but once the indows and doors were closed for the night no problem very quite for sleeping. The bedroom’s downstairs were a bit warm with noAC but the fans really helped.

Good villa with plenty of space for a larger group of people. The view is exceptional. I was a bit stressed by the heavy traffic on the road nearby. Also the frequency of all the trains passing just a few feet from the pool are a bit challenging.
The kitchen was well equipped and communication with the owners was flawless.

Excellent villa, great views of the ocean and the owners went out of their way to help us check in late when our flight was delayed. Great value for money.

A group of 9 spent the weekend away in this villa in Cannes. Great location for getting Ubers into town, although the train going past every 15 mins ish was very loud which we only knew about from reading previous reviews. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Beautiful villa with view of l'isle Margeurite. Our family of 9 visited Cannes and this was a wonderful place to stay. Close to boulangerie and beach. The trains do go by frequently, but are not very loud, and were a highlight for some guests!

It's a charming house with a stunning view on the sea and big terrace. Everything was fantastic!
Railway road runs close to the house, but after a couple of days we've got accustomed to this.

Me and my girl friends had a fabulous stay at this villa. The pool was lovely and warm, it was all very well equipped and in a great location for a local bakery, supermarket and to the beach (20 mins walk).
The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had or advice I needed.
My only comments would be that 3 of the bedrooms on the lower level didn’t have air conditioning so they were a little warm although there were fans in each of those rooms to make it more comfortable. Also the property backs onto the railway line so trains passed by throughout the day next to the pool area which was a little noisy but didn’t effect our stay at all.

Beautiful house with lots of space for a family of 12.
Loved having the pool to cool off.
Having 2 living rooms (two rooms with couches) was great for the extra space.
Train passes right behind house, but is loud for only 6-10 seconds. Can’t hear the train much from inside.
