Perfect place for two adults. Located in a quiet area close to everything!

I stayed for 5 1/2 weeks after I sold my home while work was being done on my new place. This charming studio is a block from a delightful small waterfront park to which I walked my dog frequently, especially to see the sunset. Dolphins swam close to the seawall, and herons hung out. The host responded quickly to all my communications. The immediate neighborhood is quiet but a couple of blocks walk to Corey Ave, restaurants, and nightlife. Very nice place to stay. I’m glad I picked it.

This studio apartment was everything we expected. Pictures are 100 percent accurate . We cooked or prepared most meals in the Apt. and everything we needed for this was there . Apt was very clean . Location to everything was great. Safe neighborhood to walk or relax in chairs provided outside the Apt. Able Walk to Small park to view water in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and bars are nearby. Beach was half mile walk or 5 minute drive away. Used awesome Freebee service which picked us up at our door to get around the St Pete beach area and ride as far as Pass-a-Grille . One block walk to beach coast trolley or several blocks walk to catch the “ sun runner “ to St. Petersburg downtown. Sue is a wonderful host and knows the neighborhood to offer restaurant , shopping or activity suggestions .

Where do I start? Sue is an excellent communicator. She was in touch with us prior and during our stay. The studio is small but perfect to two people. My husband and I stayed for one month. We had plenty of room for all our belongings and the kitchen was fully equipped for any type of cooking. Location was superior! It was walking distance to the beaches and multiple restaurants. There a canal behind the building where we could watch dolphins. Overall, we loved it and would sure recommend this beautiful place.

We enjoyed our time in Florida as we always do!! We love St Pete Beach. Our experience at our place was not what we had expected. It was less than perfect! We made the best of it though. Sue, our host, was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at St Pete Beach in Sue’s studio! From the moment we requested to book to the time we left Sue was very responsive to messages and helpful. She provided a very clean, comfortable place to stay. We arrived to cold drinks in the fridge, snacks and candies on the counter. Many brochures of maps and other points of interest were provided. Lines were clean and plentiful. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but there was plenty of kitchen items to prepare a meal if you wanted to. There were beach items in the back for our use. Her place is close enough to many restaurants, bars and the beach that you could walk. The price of parking at the beach and other places is INSANE!! Every restaurant we tried nearby was wonderful…The Toasted Monkey, the croissant place, the Italian bakery, the brewery. It was a nice place to relax!

I can't way enough about how wonderful Sue the host was. She went out of her way to help my husband and I get settled in. We extended our stay in St Pete's and she had this cute studio for us. The studio is recently remodeled and nicely furnished; has everything needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. There were adequate drawers/closet, the kitchen , nicely outfitted with stove, microwave and fridge, the bed was comfy with night stands on both sides. . Quiet and safe neighborhood. The bathroom, clean and pretty. Chairs, umbrella and cooler were available. Just a quick walk to the beach, some awesome restaurants, (The Bouy and Woody's were fantastic! ) and a 3 minute walk to the local trolley bus that can take you anywhere on the coast, all the way to Clearwater (I think) About 4 miles to John's Pass. Upham beach, about a ten minute walk: a beautiful beach ( no seaweed, clear water and glassy gulf water) and offers drinks and food. Be sure to find the "Secret Garden" at the north end of Upham beach. Walk to the end of the street the studio is on (about a minute away) and be right near the golf inlet water and go fishing or watch the sunset ( no beach there) .We were the first to stay in this cute place and plan to return next year. AND there is parking for your car. All parking on streets in SP Beach is metered $$ or you have to have a permit; Sue provides a parking spot for you! Worth the price in gold! This is huge!!. The location is fantastic and easy to get to at the north end of SPB but yet easy to go south on Gulf blvd to many places. And 2 awesome home made ice cream stores very close, oh my! We highly recommend Sue's place. She is a lovely host and will make sure your stay there will meet all your needs. She responds quickly to your calls and is helpful if you need her.
