Everything was good as expected , except chairs in living room. they are not comfortable. otherwise great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, which was wander down King St to visit the shops, bars and restaurants, working our way down to the wharf. Communication with the host was great, and our checkin was a breeze. We had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Brought our three teenagers to Charleston for Spring Break. The location of this house was perfect, and the setup was even better. We loved being right off of King Street! Would definitely recommend.

Property is in great location with plenty of space. Area is a bit noisy though for children.

Our family of five had a great time in Charleston at this rental property! The place was well located near shops and restaurants, and the management was helpful and responsive. Plus the place itself was large and clean with everything we could have needed, including safe parking in the back.

Only thing I would change is more comfortable furniture be added to the living room area. There is also a close bar with a rooftop session that was very loud until 11 but then it was quiet. Great location to downtown. Excellent communication with owner and great price.

We were very happy with this property! The property manager was very responsive and reached out multiple times to check on us. The house was clean and clearly updated. It was plenty of space for our party of 8, and we were within walking distance of all our planned reservations. Would absolutely book again!

Very cute property. Lots of room and very clean. Close to King street. We stayed with kids and there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant that is just behind the house one night, but it was manageable. The parking is a bit tight but I would expect this of any property in the city. It is very close and walkable to almost anything in the city.

Clean and close to great restaurants and bars

Perfect place to stay for our sons graduation from CofC! Our only request: mirrors in the bedrooms. *With multiple people getting ready at once, it would be a nice touch to have. Other than that, it was excellent! Thank you for such a great stay!

Perfect location and place

This was the perfect place for our Charleston get away. It is immaculate and very well appointed. The location is perfect to walk to all the historic sections of the city as well as the great shopping and restaurants on King Street. Folly Beach is just a quick drive away and the off street parking was a nice amenity. The beds were very comfy and the pillows nice and fluffy. The only drawback to this wonderful city apartment is that there is some nightlife noise from nearby King street. It died down by midnight and did not affect our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Location very close to King street. Also close to the bars that cater to younger crowds. There will be noise from the bar behind the house - which I was aware of. Unit can use a little TLC with some painting. Overall a convenient home for a weekend getaway!

Nice property and good location

Was only a half block walk to King Street and restaurants, shops, bars and parks. Clean home with plenty of room and amenities.

Property was clean, modern and very comfortable. We like to walk, and found the location excellent. There was nothing missing from the accommodations.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay on Spring street. We were within walking distance to lots of eateries. I love that the host provided plenty of towels. With three kids, you never know how many towels gets used! Nothing is more annoying then staying at a home with not enough towels. You can tell that the home has been recently renovated. Everything was clean and neat. I would suggest adding some blinds or curtains in the upstairs bathroom and landing area. We had to get creative and cover up the window prior to showering. The window looks into the houses next door. Also, when using the fan/light remotes, all of the fans and lights in the upstairs bedrooms would turn on and off all of the units at the same time. Imagine how fun that was at midnight when we accidentally turned on all the lights to the kids bedroom and didn’t realize it since we were upstairs. We figured out that they were all set on the same frequency and being close in proximity, they would all turn on. Easy to convince Kids there were spooky activities going on. Parking was a challenge. We had a larger car and it was tight. Although we had assigned parking it was hard to maneuver between the house and narrow alleyway. One last minor note is the locks. The smart key makes it really easy to enter the property. They did mention that the codes are periodically changed. There is a security system but no instructions on how to arm. With kids and no latch lock on the inside, security is a little low. I would have liked to have some kind of lock on the inside as well. Overall, we enjoyed the home. Just some Minor issues but nothing thAt can’t be changed.
