The breakfast was disgusting. On our three day stay we only ate it once because it was awful.

Nice sized room. Good shower. Good kitchen equipment.

Housekeeping could be better — after three days we had to request service. Breakfast choices limited and not many healthy options.

The room had plenty of room for our family of 5. We really liked all the storage space and the kitchen in the room. Having grills outside to be able to use was really nice.

We didn’t like the bathroom door. It fell off and hurt our daughter. We didn’t like that the rooms only got cleaned every other day. We didn’t like the night time workers. They were all very mean about us hanging out in the lobby. Pool towels were very hard to come by. There were never enough. No gluten free/dairy free options for breakfast. The sandwiches were rock hard. The gym smelled terrible. The laundry machines were not working

I enjoyed the location of the property and the size of the room was nice.

Breakfast was average at best. The pool was really dirty during the entirety of our stay. I found a big piece of metal in the middle of the ground that my toddler was holding and cut his finger on. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom which was really gross.

A lot the management was the worst

The front desk staff, including the manager Amanda, were excellent

There was no hot water for three out of our four nights, dogs barking, the bathroom doors had no protective blocks, and I almost broke my girlfriend's finger. At the second morning breakfast, we heard numerous couples discussing the hot water issues. Look! As customers, if something isn't working, get an emergency person out there ASAP, and don't wait until Monday. This made me sad that nobody addressed all of our issues. The breakfast staff was great, except for one staff member who took the cereal dispenser out of my reach 20 minutes before breakfast ended. She then refilled one of the empty ones, pushed it back on the table in the back room, and started chatting with another co-worker. She intentionally kept access out of customers' hands until she addressed the manager, who corrected the actions. Side note: The "If you are unsatisfied with your stay or a night is one of us" signs must come down! This is false advertising and clearly not what they really do when you are unsatisfied.
