My family wanted to stay together so I rented this house. I had just lost my youngest son who was in the army. The host made it very easy for me to get in the house and would always answer my calls in a timely manner.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill. Lots of big TVs. Pool great. Beds great and extremely comfortable!

Traveled for my sister’s wedding and needed place close by to the venue. This location was fantastic and the house was perfect! It had everything you could need to feel comfortable in a house. The property managers were incredibly responsive and took care of all our needs. The backyard pool area was great for pool side and jacuzzi hangs! Would fully recommend this property!!

As parents of the bride for our daughter’s out-of-town wedding, we wanted a place where the entire bridal party, including some husbands, could be together, hang out, relax, eat together and have a base for the wedding weekend. This house was PERFECT! The pool and hot tub were definitely the gathering place. With 3 bathrooms and the master bath being very large, there was plenty of space for everyone to coordinate getting ready. I am SO happy we made this choice. It really feeds into our wonderful memory of the entire wedding event.
The only thing that was on the downside is the checking in process. The property management uses an app which was fine once it worked. But when we arrived at the house, my phone was not unlocking the door. Fortunately, the manager was quick to respond and super helpful! For some reason I had not been sent the verification to access the house. She had to take time to add me right then and there. Then my app was not working correctly right away. She added my husband and his eventually worked. I don’t feel the app is intuitive enough for a one-time/first-time use. If she had not been readily available to respond to us remotely, we would have been stuck outside with no access. So I have to say I’m not a fan of this system. Eventually it worked out, and all of our guests had a fabulous stay!

The house was adequate for our needs. However, it does need a lot of TLC and the pictures do not reflect that. The yard and condition of the house looks nothing like the pictures nor is the layout described adequately. While it appears it is being mowed, that is all that is being done. The garden beds and along the fence is full of weeds and it appears it is not being edged along the fence. The house could be much cleaner (especially the carpet) and there was evidence of a bug problem. If in fact the carpet had been cleaned, then it is full of stains. The movie theater room is actually right when you walk in the house and is really a formal living room that is quite open and not a real movie theater room. And I do think the construction across the alley should be disclosed. It currently looks like it sits on a green belt in the pictures. Last, when we went to use the grill, a grease fire started due to it not being cleaned. We did have a nice time but not sure I would rent this house again in it's current condition based on the price charged.

Family together for the 4th
Nice property with enough bedrooms for everyone. Having to park in the back and use the August App (which wasn’t working for me) to unlock the front door was not very convenient. Pool was wonderful but could actually be too warm even though we turned down the hot tub temp each night. I guess 100 degree days will do that! Plenty of pots and pans and a nice set up for coffee. They even had pool toys and floats available. Overall an enjoyable stay! Thanks!

Everyone had a great time! The swimming pool was a big hit with all. The pool table was great for the older kids. The house came equipped with all the essentials that we needed to cook, swim, and just hang out.
