A good time had by all. Had to call for propane for the hot tub but they were out within a few hours. Very nice outdoor space.

The home was clean and well appointed Nicely decorated and comfortable. Only complaint was the hot tub didn’t work and we were really looking forward to using it as the pool is still too cold to use! Very prompt and easy communication with the owner. Will stay here again!

We shared this home with another couple. All of us had family in the Phoenix area and a variety of activities that we wanted to do. This home was a great central location for all of it! So much better than staying at a hotel!

Nice location- easy to access stores and spring training games! Ryan was a delight to work with.

Upon arrival we noticed an odor along with a few other concerns. A strong odor that was covered by an air freshener. For someone that is extremely sensitive to smell this property was not acceptable to stay in. For our son that is asthmatic our stay would of resulted in a health concern. We promptly stated our concerns and left the property. We were assured that if we left the property we would be refunded for our 7 nights stay. We have NOT been refunded. The other issues are as follows: Furniture was coated with pet hair. Along with broken patio chair. Stains on the outdoor carpet. Stains on ottoman in the master bedroom. Barbecue was filthy. Trash was over flowing from previous guest. Pool was stained and dirty. Nightgown was left hanging in laundry room. Black hair was found on the bathroom floor. At which all of these concerns were presented to the host and VRBO with very little help that was offered to resolve these problems. The host was extremely disrespectful, demeaning, and verbally harassed my husband on the phone when we brought these issues to his attention and wanted to leave immediately. The host refused to honor his word and kept ever dollar we paid along with a cleaning fee even though we immediately left upon arrival. We were on the phone for weeks straight with the host initially and VRBO lastly with no end result. Neither have assisted with helping us receive our refund as it was promised in a chat. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service with both the host and VRBO. As a VRBO owner myself I will be revising our personal relationship with VRBO. I would NEVER treat our guests the way we were wrongfully treated. I will be removing my listing and will never rent from this site again.

This beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood perfectly located near downtown Chandler & Mesa, close to restaurants, grocery stores & other shopping. Excellent communication w/Ryan before, during and after our stay. The amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner and spices were a nice surprise, as were the delicious fresh oranges and grapefruit. It really felt like our home away from home!

This house was immaculately maintained and modern! Host was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay at this location again! Highly recommend it!! Also centrally located which made it very convenient!

I was visiting the area due to a potential relocation with work. My husband and parents accompanied me at the well maintained property. It felt like a home away from home. We loved enjoying the grapefruit from the trees on the property and relaxing in the outdoor space. The host was responsive when questions were sent his way. The property was in a great location easy to explore the area. Looking forward to my relocation.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. The house itself is renovated beautifully, and the home is stocked with almost everything you’d need for a short trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the backyard with a pool, furnished patio, grass, and trees was awesome for the kids.

I can't say enough good things about how fantastic this property is and property owner Ryan's prompt responses to any and all questions! This is a stocked and comfortable property for all your vacation needs. Our dog was welcomed here and had so much fun running around the yard. We will definitely book this home again when we return to Chandler from Nevada to visit our son. Thanks again for everything Ryan!!

We had a great stay while moving our 2 kids to ASU. We had one moving to the Tempe campus and another at the Poly campus so we wanted to be somewhere in between with easy driving to each. This home came through as a great location with lots of great dining nearby. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We could have used some extra bedding though as the AC got pretty chilly at night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely home with my family. The pool was a never-ending entertainment for my grandchildren and adults as well!

This house will not disappoint, very clean and perfect for families. Great outdoor space and located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. Every detail to make our VRBO feel like home was covered! And the location is great…. Just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

The house was as shown in the photos and perfect for a vacation with our adult daughters and a fiancé. The kitchen was impressively stocked with dishes, pans and utensils for cooking Easter dinner. Beautiful, large dining table allowed us to host my cousin and her husband as well. The living room was comfortable with a large TV, but could use additional seating, possibly a love seat. The backyard was lovely and great for lounging in the wonderful Arizona weather. Master bedroom suite was great! House is well located for accesssing activities, restaurants and shopping.

Was a lovely time. The house is amazing and all the extras such as laundry soap, bath soaps, etc. the only thing we missed was a heated pool. The water was extremely cold for the little ones. Ryan was an amazing, helpful host and so very kind.

Getting the hot tub warm was a trick. Host was quick to respond with instructions but it was multi step instruction video we had to complete every day to restart the heater.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well stocked to accommodate our needs. Communication with the host was fast and questions were answered quickly. Overall an incredible stay.

I made this reservation for my snowbird parents, who are nervous travelers that have never stayed at a Vrbo. Fortunately, their first experience was an amazing one thanks to the accommodations and service provided at this property. The morning after the first night my parents couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the bed was and how they haven't slept this well in years! My dad was like a kid in a candy shop when he discovered the beautiful orange (and grapefruit) trees in the backyard and was delighted to have super fresh fruit for breakfast every morning. They took full advantage of the bicycles (there are 3) in the garage that were free to use and were excited to pedal around to explore the well-maintained, quiet neighborhood. Given the chilly (mid-December) weather, the hot tub/spa was a much-appreciated luxury, and the host was incredibly prompt when I had a question about how to turn the heat pump on - I mean, I received a response within less than 5 minutes! This was very much appreciated. This is an absolutely beautiful property ideal for any small family wanting to explore Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, or the Phoenix area in general. I would highly recommend!
