This property was as described and more! The Gemstone house looks even more beautiful in person and worked perfectly for our large group. Wahid is a Super Host. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you expect it to be. Wahid gives you a personal tour upon arrival which makes you feel more comfortable with controlling the smart home and navigating through all the home’s features. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is very impressive. The Gemstone theme throughout the house is unique, elegant and fun. Every picture we took in the house looked like we were at a professional photo studio because of the beautiful curtains, marble floors, Black Diamond and White Diamond walls. The house is located on a resort, but we were having so much fun that we never left the house to explore the resort. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with private pool, large theatre, game room, home gym, and plenty of space to always be comfortable. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were extremely helpful. There are also crockpots, Keurig coffee machines, toasters and other appliances accessible. The beds at this house are amazing! The beds are pure high end luxury comfort! There is also a laundry room on both floors. We did not have any issues with this house and had no need to call anyone for assistance during our entire stay. I would highly recommend vacationing at this home. It will definitely be memorable!

I hesitate to make this review because of selfish reasons! Giving it the great review that it deserves will result in more people booking it and I NEED it to be available for us when we return next year. First and foremost this house is amazing! We traveled with 9 couples and were there for several days and not once did we feel crowded....we could easily lose people in this house. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is beyond anything we have ever seen before. The gemstone theme took it to the next level and made room assignments a breeze! The house is a smart home and although it took a little getting used to, it was easy to control everything in the house. The fact that Wahid gives you a personal tutorial upon arrival is a great plus. The house has everything you can ask for including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer sets, a mini fridge upstairs and more. My personal favorite room in the house was the theater! Part of our agenda included a date day, several couples (myself included) decided to have our date at the house because there was no need for us to leave! We encountered a few minor issues during our stay but Wahid was a simple text message away and had maintenance men at the ready to address any issues that we had. Even his maintenance men were accommodating stating "if you have any other issues, just call Wahid and he'll call us...we'll be right over". This has been our best VRBO experience by far! Wahid the host was exceptional. The Gem Stone house is the best there is. You can’t go wrong with the gem stone house. Wahid took care of your needs and always made sure that you were comfortable and to reach out if you needed anything. A great house.

The host was there when we arrived he gave us a tour of the house. The house is very nice I would stay again. The grill didn’t work but he said that he was going to replace it with a new one. The pool area could had been a little more clean just had use floaty left. But overall the house was very nice.

The house layout was great. Wahid was awesome with communications. It is definitely a vacation rental so you don't feel like you are in someone's house. I didn't like all the construction going on, but once that is done it will be great. Clubhouse was nice. Close to everything.

The property was as described and worked wonderfully for our large group. Lots of space and rooms are spread out. The house has only been around for a year, but it is very worn in some areas- which is expected with the amount of use this house has gotten- I think it is a popular destination and I would highly recommend. Wahid was prompt at communicating and answered any questions that we had along the way. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you want it to be.

Perfect location and amenities as described on listing. Everything worked and host was available for questions after he personally oriented us to house. Very clean. Pool, games, theater and kitchen equipped beautifully for large group of 20 from ages 5-72.

Following the blessing of our relationship in the church, we wanted to bring our families together for the first time. We had three children under 12, four teenagers, and eight adults. The Gemstone House had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room and bath. The younger children we’re thrilled with their themed rooms —StarWars, Candyland, and Toy Story — all with lighting features and decor that made them feel very special. The adult bedrooms were beautiful! All were decorated in their gemstone theme and reflected unexpected amenities. And everyone enjoyed the arcade room with pool, air hockey, and arcade games that appealed to young and old alike. For our purpose in bringing everyone together, it was great to see adults, children, and teens having opportunity after opportunity to interact together. I did most of the cooking for our time together, so really appreciated the two refrigerators and two dishwashers! I loved that we were able to sit 15 people around a table and have meal time together. We had movie night in the beautiful theater with surround sound that was amazing. Of course, the pool and spa were well used. It was hot when we were there! We were able to be in the pool or play ping-pong outside at the same time we watched a football game (or two) on one of two outdoor TVs. One of the things that made it most successful was Wahid, the owner. He was thorough in his orientation, responded immediately to any question, and even made a return trip back to help us get the best use of the theater room. The house is a very smart house, and Wahid had command instructions in various rooms to help us along! My granddaughter had a birthday celebration when we were there, and he had made a playlist with happy birthday and other songs that she would enjoy. Actually, they had the lyrics on the large TV screen, so she and her two brothers used the karaoke machine to sing along! All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this experience. It was perfect for us, and we have talked about going back for another family reunion. I’m certain we will re-commit to more time in the Gemstone House in the future. I can’t imagine that anyone would be disappointed.

The Gemstone House was good with the overall size and the variety of rooms available meeting our expectations. The cinema room was amazing as was the games room. The themed kids rooms were good, and was loved by our youngest members of our family. Location was also good with all parks being either 25 to 35 mins as away. Swimming pool was satisfactory with everyone enjoying relaxing and having fun Wahid, was a good host and provided a very warm welcome when we arrived and was at hand, when ever we needed any help.

What a great place to stay The location was fabulous and the house is superb. The host was very helpful and communicative. There were 14 people staying in the house and it was not anywhere near overcrowded in fact we had bedrooms to spare. Everything about the house was accurate from the description all of our family had a wonderful time We would certainly return Thanks

3pm check-in but we was told to check-in @4.A walk through is required entering /leaving.Extra amount a day to heat the pool&jacuzzi which was told to us a week before check-in.Wahid was a good host and at times he did make attempts to take care of our issues and concerns that were brought to his attention. However,a lot of excuses were made. Found dead roach on bed 1st night he says Florida has no winter and he doesn't want to spray because of the kids. Kitchen drawer had a smashed dead ROACH. He told us he doesn’t have the time because he does book back to back.This house need deep cleaning and maintenance done after each guest. We noticed a lot of things were broken while we were doing our walk through of the house.Broken blinds @ patio door,broken door handle,which he did replace. Broken pool toys (water guns,pool noodles, basketball goal).Wall paper hanging off and attempts were made to tape it back up.Pool net was broken which he replaced days later.Dead bugs in pool.We had pool problem the whole stay. During our check-in walk through we told him the pool was dirty and he stated that he had professional pool people come out once a week. He also stated that he would come out the next day and have the pool area pressure washed and clean the grills, which never happened.He came one night after 8pm which was disrespectful after speaking with him that morning @ 11.He gave us a bottle of pool cleaner to pour which didn’t work it was worse the next day.The professionals came out July 4th and 5th (a day before our check out date), they told us mustard algae was part of the problem & the pool is only meant for 4 people.They said they informed Wahid that he should have the pool serviced twice a week because his house is always booked.He never showed for walk through he sent a text thanking me for our stay and offering a big discount for our next visit.Once he knew that I contacted VRBO he claims that we left his house messy and he refused our request and then offered us a low refund amount as long as we DID NOT post a review. We want everyone to KNOW THE TRUTH! My family nor I left the house messy.CLEANING FEE was payed which was required.Took trash out everyday,Swiffer mop was broken.Found spots all over the mattress protector which look like it has NOT been cleaned.Beds have adjustable base trash was underneath. This is a sign that the house is NOT BEING PROPERLY CLEANED.He need to be more proactive and check things.The Game Room was the best thing

Booked this place because we needed space (22ppl) my family had the time if their lives. The kids went bananas with all of the games. Awesome choice if your looking for a fabulous house for a vacation.

My family was super excited about the house just based on the pictures. When we arrived they were even more amped up! Wahid was a great host and available to assist when addressing issues with neighbors. My family did not want to leave lol. Thank you Wahid for the hospitality and professionalism!

This beautiful home is first class, clean and comfortable with so many extras! The owner, Wahid, has provided entertainment for all ages with an amazing movie room, game room, kids play room, pool and hot tub jacuzzi. There was plenty of space for our entire family of 22 to gather in the main room and enjoy watching a ball game, listen to music or just catch up on each others lives. The furniture throughout the home is great quality and the adjustable beds with super comfortable mattresses gave a very good night's sleep. Access to the community pool and exercise room was an added plus. The location, of course, is excellent to visit theme parks or a short trip to Cocoa beach! There are lots of nearby possibilities for eating out. For groceries, Publix and Sams Club are close by. We highly recommend Wahid's home to others and hope to visit again in the future! He made sure we had an awesome stay!

We had about 17 people ranging from 18 months through seniors. The house was perfect. We used every feature advertised! The teenagers loved the movie room and we all played video games and pool. The swimming pool was perfect and I’m glad we paid for the heated water. We grilled one night and used the kitchen around the clock. TVs were huge, technology fun, and the 2 laundry areas were perfect. Almost all the rooms had bathrooms and the little kids loved their game room. Absolutely recommend for a large family.

Our family of 22 stayed at this property and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive to making sure that we were satisfied with everything during our stay!! If you have children then this is surely the house for your vacation!! Our children were in love with the features of this home and it kept them occupied during our entire stay! I would highly recommend this home to anyone searching for a spacious vacation rental with children!! The house is AWESOME!!!!

The Gemstone House The gemstone house is equipped with exceptional amenities, offerings, and beyond. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are spacious and designed to reflect the different gemstones. Clean, organized, and relaxing home away from home with top-tier resort amenities throughout the house. The movie theater, 4D surround sound, and the game room (arcade, billiard, and hockey table) entertained the whole family. The living room, kitchen, and dining room open concept allowed the family to engage even while everyone had different activities. The outdoor living was just as impressive. The pool and hot tub were adequately heated so that anyone could jump right in. Floats were readily available, with numerous lounge chairs to soak in the sun. There’s also an al-fresco dining option with two large-screen TVs. The gemstone house also flaunts smart home features with voice commands. Overall, The Gemstone house is rated beyond five stars, with top-tier amenities and offerings with an impeccable host! The Gemstone House will be our go-to rental for our future visits.

We rented 2 houses during the week in the same neighborhood. This house was far and away better than the other house and was half the price! Wahid the owner was very responsive to all of our needs as well. The beds in the house were amazingly comfortable and were adjustable! Every bathroom had a bidet! The game room was awesome as well. We cooked for a large group and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wow!!! This home accommodated 15 people and we still had to FaceTime each other to find one another lol. The movie theater and pool table sealed the deal for me. Your kids just might stay up longer than they ever have with all of the amenities hahha. Highly recommended pad!

the host was great i’ll definitely be coming back to florida i travel here alot and it was my bday and the host bought me a bottle of champagne so we had a great time the best vacation home i ever been in and that movie theater room was great
