We stayed here with grandparents, and 2 families with small kids (2 and 3 yrs). It was a great place for us to land each night. Beds were very firm but comfortable. All rooms are located upstairs so you can have early risers and night owls enjoying themselves downstairs without disturbing anyone. Well stocked with more than just the basics in the kitchen. Responsive hosts. You’ll need to supply your own toilet paper and trash bags if you have a large group staying for more than a couple of days. CVS was right down the road which was great. Garage parking for 2 vehicles was nice to have. Worked well for our family and we would recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 6 person family to stay comfortable. Everything was stocked and and convenient for us to cook breakfast each morning before taking off for our multiple adventures. Thank you for such a great stay.

Harold and Nataliya were extremely friendly and responsive from the moment of booking. They were on top of anything we needed. The house was perfect for our combined families of 8, four adults and four kids. The set up was nice for each family to have two rooms near each other and a bathroom. We were initially concerned with the size, but it turned out to be perfect for us. The garage is small, but we were able to squeeze a large SUV and full size car in with careful maneuvering. The location of the house was also great for us. We went to several beaches, Coronado and Glorietta Bay were the most convenient, but Mission Beach was not too far. We also went to La Jolla Shores which was a little further, about 25 min. Sea World is fairly close, but Legoland is about 45 minutes away. We also took advantage of the strand which is steps from the house. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding along the beach and bay. The house is close to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream. We would definitely stay here again.

Owners are personal with their communication which helps ease the anxiety of bad experiences. The home had plenty of space, all rooms were very much on the larger size with no crowding. We didn’t make it to the local Imperial beach due to other obligations with a military graduation but the distance from all of that at the end of the day allowed us to settle in, relax, and enjoy the reunion with our loved one. Do not hesitate this rental for an MCRD Graduation, the drive was easy with minimal traffic delays.

The location was ideal: a choice of routes into the city (I-5 or 75 down the Silver Strand). Near the excellent don Pacho mexican take-out. Furnishings, supplies and roominess worked perfectly for our three families.

We had a great stay here with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. The location was near many beaches, the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium and not far from Lego Land. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The condo was very nice and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many other nice to have amenities. The hosts, Harold and Nataliya, were very responsive, great with their communication, check in/out instructions and letting us know if anything was needed to let them know.
Would recommend this property and stay here again. Thank you Nataliya and Harold for a great stay!

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space and seating for large group. Perfect location, walking and biking path from condos door, beach just a couple blocks away. Rental bikes will get you around town if you choose not to drive. We will be back! Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our son’s military graduation. The condo is well situated, close to the base, and very clean. The host was very helpful. It has great access to paths for walking. Enjoyed it a lot.

My wife, our daughter and her husband, and two of our grandchildren were fortunate enough to be able to spend Christmas and New Years at this condo in 2023. The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed for our stay, with lots of room (4 bedrooms!) a nice large kitchen/dining room/living room area on the main floor and a two car garage. The location is in the south of San Diego but commuting anywhere to the main attractions was easy. A very convenient walking/biking sidewalk network went for miles nearby and was literally a half block from the condo. The owners were super, meeting us as we checked in, and checking regularly to see if we needed anything. All in all, a perfect place for a San Diego vacation.

We had a great stay here. It was clean, comfortable and spacious for our party of 8. Nataliya and Harold, the owners of Imperial Beach rental property were great!! They were very accommodating and communicated well with us. They even had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to us at the beach. Thanks for the excellent stay. Staying at this property was a great experience! We were 4 friends who found the accommodations to be a perfect fit with plenty space. The location of the property was close to our event, the ocean, the grocery, and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly, the area was quiet, and the owners are very accessible. 2 thumbs up!

Road at night and early in the morning the road noise is really bad. Could not leave the bedroom windows opened because of loud cars and motorcycles. Minor issues with cabinet doors that don't close.
Could not drink the water or brush our teeth nearly the whole stay. Not condo's fault but a really negative thing for Imperial Beach. I won't stay in this area again. Couldn't buy fresh fruit or go to local restaurants. When we left we flew out the plane went over the ocean and turned South. The water was covered with brown slimy looking polution for miles.It was disgusting. Why can't Mexico clean up its sewage.

Our family group of 7 ( ages 27-95) stayed at this site in Imperial Beach to attend our son’s wedding in Coronado. The house was well supplied for our stay. The walk in shower off the master bedroom was great for the 90+ year olds. The people in the community were friendly and helpful during the tropical storm on August 20th. Nataliya was very pleasant and helpful when we had an unusual request. The location was great for walking and cycling along the shared pathway along the marshes. Necessary retail stores were within walking distance We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. I will definitely try to stay here again if I have occasion to come to the San Diego area - as long as I have a vehicle to get around.

I loved a few things about this property! First the property owners were amazing. Second the house was so clean. I love the fact that they don’t allow back to back stays to ensure the house gets cleaned properly. Everything you need for your beach day is provided. The house is in a great location! A high chair and pack n play are provided if you have little ones. The checkout process is so easy, the property owners just want you to enjoy your vacation.

The condo was wonderful. The rooms were nice and the master bedroom was very spacious. Our family loved it. We especially liked the walking trail close by and the close access to the beach.

The Bayside Landing property is modern and well kept. The unit has an open 1st floor with 4 bedrooms upstairs. It was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us: 5 minutes from Imperial Beach pier, 15 minutes to Coronado, 30 minutes to downtown. The hosts checked in several times to make sure all was well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I and 6 of our children stayed in this beautiful home. We have rented many vacation homes over the past several years and this one was our best experience we have had with the host. Nataliya and Harold were very personable and prompt in responding to any questions I had. Nataliya sent a personal text prior to my arrival introducing herself and asking if I had any questions. We cook most of our meals at home and we had all the proper cooking pans, utensils and appliances we needed. During our stay I realized it would be helpful to have a griddle and I simply asked if there was one available. Harold delivered one within 30min of me asking! The extra beach chairs were so helpful and my kids loved using them! My youngest son was learning to boogie board and it turned out there was a new smaller boogie board available in the garage that was his perfect size instead of the large boards we had brought. Silver stand beach was a quick 5 min drive… Coronado beach was only 10min drive. There is a perfect bike/running path right next to this condo that was perfect for morning jogs/walks and leads you right to silver strand beach (3.5 mile jog). This house was very clean with attention to details. I highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property, and as usual, everything was fantastic. The owners of the property are always quick to communicate, and are very generous. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family, which is one reason why we love this place. Also, if you’re in for some really great Mexican food, we loved walking over to Don Ponchos just down the street. Thank you and we hope to be back again.

We had the opportunity to come out for a few days to visit with our son who lives in Imperial Beach. Instead of choosing a hotel for the 3 of us, we decided to see what was out there for a short term rental and lucked out in renting this great townhouse. Not only was it in a perfect location, convenient to everything, it was immaculate and offered plenty of room for 3 adults. Something also to note, the development was quiet, both during the day and night. The property backs up to the bike path/marsh refuge which offers the bike path and wildlife refuge paths. The owners were excellent and made everything easy. They stayed connected during the time leading up to our stay and then checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to get out to this area, this owner and property are a must rent! Thank you Nataliya and Harold for a lovely place to stay.

This is our second time staying at this property. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and we love the location! It’s only 10-12 to Coronado beach and shops, only 20ish minutes to downtown and Balboa Park. Less than 30 min to Sea World. We also really love the walking path right out the front door that goes along the riparian marsh area of the bay. There’s all sorts of beautiful flowers, birds and wildlife to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs as a large family. They even provided a few toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo in case you forgot something. We will definitely stay here again!

This townhome in Imperial Beach is perfect for a family gathering, complete with everything you'd need if there's a baby on board! So convenient to beaches and Coronado. Great hosts! Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful. Very clean and the kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook meals. Beach chairs and towels are there too. This is on our list of places to stay. Oh and shopping as well as restaurants are all within walking distance. Love....love this place.

We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Check in was easy and we had such amazing service from Nataliya. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure we were good throughout our stay. We also had early check in which was a pleasant and appreciated gesture. The location is perfect. Close to the Imperial Beach strip, Coronado, and San Diego. The house was equipped with everything our large group needed including a well stocked kitchen. The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable which was also a huge plus.
