Le cadre est magnifique et original. Super petit déjeuner. Proche du centre. Personnel serviable. Piscine surprenante et attirante.

The site is beautiful, but that is what gets all the attention from management. The room, not so much. The bed was comfortable. There is a bedside light. Wifi was good. AC works. There is a 20 gal. filtered water dispenser in the room. What Mexican staff I could find were sweet. The breakfast was plentiful, if slowly served. The place is walkable to the major attractions.

The room is tired. No chair, or table apart from the nightstands. Linens and towels are old. No towel rack in the sink area. Dirty bath mat. Hot water was hard to get and a trickle when it arrived. The outside light was burned out. No housekeeping, but a card requesting a tip was on the nightstand. In Mexico one is asked not to flush any toilet paper. The bin with used toilet paper was not emptied until I asked after the second night (I stayed 3). That should have happened once or twice a day. Room needs fresh paint. There appears to be a newer toilet installed, but the tank is a different size and management didn't bother to paint the wall behind it before installing. There was rarely someone behind the desk after check in. The owners are not Mexican. They are European and appear to have a pipeline of guests from their own country with whom they converse. Others, not so much. The son of the owners, a man I guessed to be in his 20s, appeared to be entertaining a group of friends during the time I was there. They were the center of attention of staff and were the dominant presence on site. Being in the dining area when they were present was like being at a private gathering without an invitation. The price was too high considering the conditions and prevailing rates in the area. Management needs to do much more regular maintenance to bring this place up to a standard worthy of the price.

bed linen was polyester sheets not very nice the shower was really bad, no pressure at at all, hard to use, quite disappointing

Love the hotel concept: once you enter the property from a dusty road, you find yourself in jungles! This helps to escape from exhausting heat, as a bonus - there is also a picturesque pool. You will get either a separate house or a semi-detached house - it’s spacious, plain inside but clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good: first you get a fruit plate, basket of fresh bread, and several great options of “main courses” to choose.

There are several Wi-Fi networks with different passwords - that was inconvenient. Slow service at breakfast.

the clothing optional pool and lush vegetation and location for center of town as there is no restaurant so you must walk back after dinner in the dark. breakfast was great. internet was ok. overall the place is in transition with a new owner but this was my second visit so I can compare and it has a ways to improve

no maid service. first room we were shown had no window curtains but the solution was an even better and bigger space. very minimal furniture. couch outside had a lot of gecko poo so not really clean outside or inside either. we ran out of toilet paper but with no room service did not get replenished

Very welcoming and nice staff. Rich breakfast. Clean rooms.

The room wasn’t very cosy.

This place was an unexpected delight. The landscaping and pool were unique. The cost to stay there was very affordable and a good deal for the setting that we got. We plan to stay longer next time we go back!
