5 STARS!!! Excellent amenities, including well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts and pool. The accommodations were comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beach was only a short walk away. This destination is perfect for a family vacation!

Fairway Dunes villa 41 was absolutely fantastic. It’s a very well designed floor plan. It’s very updated and clean. The sunroom was a great place for the children to rest when we were at the villa. It’s very close to the pool and tennis courts. It’s about a 5 to 6 minute walk to the beach.

Great condo that's 800 steps to the beach. I was surprised how spacious the place was. Plenty of kitchen devices for cooking. Multiple clean decks. Nice golf course view with large gator close by some days. Some nice to haves would be: Pickle ball gear, community or condo grill, and screens in all windows. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this same house for 3 years and love everything about it. The kitchen is wide open and the rooms are spacious and bright. We especially love the glassed in porch on the back facing the golf course.

The Villa was nice and it was very great to have a pool just yards away. There were also pickleball courts next to the pool but we never checked to see if the paddles and ball could be rented. Our villa was right by a pond on the golf course. Inside the Fairway Dunes complex was a great place to bike. We also liked that we were fairly close to Charleston. The beach access was about a 5 minute walk.

The unit was very clean and bright, great location close to the beach. We had one urgent issue and Island Realty was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issue, even on a holiday weekend. Only negative is that it was a bit inconvenient not to have garage access. We rented a golf cart and there was no outside outlet we could use to charge it. Otherwise, great stay!

Called the morning of our rental check in, realizing that 4pm was check in time but hoping to get in early for the holiday weekend, was told by the rental manager to call back around noontime to check on status. Called at 12:30 and got Dajera, who explained that when we got an email stating rental was ready we would be able to check in. Asked if she could check for us as we were in process of driving from MD, so we wouldn’t have to pull over to check. She took an attitude on me and kept on reiterating the policy of we would be getting an email when it was ready. When I questioned her on why the attitude on making a simple request to go a little above and beyond, she reiterated the policy and then hung up on me. She is the expert quiet quitter, and ruined my entire check in experience and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I told the check in person about my experience to which she said she’d let the rental manager know. Never heard back from her or the rental manager who had access to the recorded call. Fast forward to next day when we had no heat, tried calling the emergency number but no one answered after being on hold for ten minutes. I ended up spending a half hour to Google the phone number of the owner of island realty Alex. Alex did return my call after about 20 minutes and did send over someone from maintenance, who said there was nothing they could do as it was too cold for heat pump to work properly. I had to proactively ask Alex after the call from maintenance to see if we could get some portable heaters. They obliged, and it was very much appreciated, especially on Xmas eve. I’m just shocked of how much work I needed to do to remedy the situation and that no one followed up regarding the horrible ego driven attitude I got from Dajera. It only takes one apple to spoil the whole lot, and that’s what she did. Because of these experiences I can’t recommend this company. They also need to fix their emergen

Our rental was a great relaxing spot! We had 2 alligators, 2 turtles, several deer and lots of birds right outside our back window to enjoy! The area was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! We had plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner, beds were very comfy, the sunroom was the hangout spot for our boys! Plenty of books and games to choose from! We love Wild Dunes and this is a great place to stay!

This was our 2nd year staying at this villa and we loved it! It is very near the pool and sits right on the golf course. The view from the back overlooks a pond on the golf course. There are lots of activities on the resort...i.e. biking, golf, swimming and dining.

Nice condo with wonderful location in Wild Dunes! New hardwood floors and open and large main level. Decent sized bedrooms. One bath was on small size but worked for our group. We did have one issue when the hot water heater went out but Island Realty took care of it very quickly without inconvenience to us. We would stay here again. Only improvement i would suggest is the main living furniture which was a bit dated but it was clean.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We knew when we rented it that it was in Wild Dunes and where it was located and Even though it added a little hassle with the folks who we had to get in and out to assist in wedding-related efforts we were still happy with it. It was a perfect choice. I have rented from Island Realty many times and have found them to be so responsive and helpful.
