The house appears as it is represented in the listing, and is a beautifully renovated historic home in a quiet, historic neighborhood with walking access to many things. A nice quiet patio out back and comfortable bed. Communication was great, check in was easy, and I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Quincy.

Loved everything about the cottage. Neat, clean, beautifully decorated. The only bad thing was the staircase. I have a bad knee and it was very steep. Not for people with elderly or those who have hard time with stairs. Need a vent in upstairs bathroom our son took a hot shower and when he came out of bathroom it set fire alarm off.

Property was clean, stocked with anything we needed. Plenty of space and we were happy with our stay!

We were very pleased with this rental! It is as advertised; clean, well-appointed and in a wonderful central location. Communication with Laura was excellent; she even had fresh locally made cookies for us upon arrival! We could either park in the driveway or on the street. Neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood is well kept. The back patio is a big plus!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. It was decorated beautifully, and everything was clean . The beds were comfy , just perfect. We would definitely stay again if we return to Quincy.

I enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean. The staircase to the bedrooms is narrow & steep but to be expected in an old house. I like how the original floors & doors were restored.
If I would stay a few days again in Quincy, I would definitely stay here & recommend this cottage to others.
Laura was very accommodating. I like how a keypad was used to get in the house. Very easy.

We were in Quincy for our son’s college orientation and this property was perfect for our family’s visit. Clean, quaint and charming. We will continue to book here for our visits!

We travelled to Quincy for a family visit and this was the perfect place for our family of 4. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and to have their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. The location was perfect….really close to just about everything in town. And very easy to find and get to.
The stairs are pretty steep, so be prepared for that. But otherwise, this is an amazing place ti stay! We will definitely be back!

Hotel options were limited the week we came into town. Found this house and it was just the right size four out crew of 3. The owner was fantastic and very easy to work with. The occasional car road noise was the only negative thing, but that wouldn’t prevent us from staying again.

Simply Charming Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Quincy. It was so nice to be able to come back after sight seeing and fix something to eat and sit in the back yard and be altogether, instead, of going into separate rooms like at a hotel. Beautiful comfortable home, we were also able to do laundry. The only thing I would caution is the steps upstairs are very steep. My brother has bad knees and had a very hard time with the steps. I woudl stay there again!

Lovely home in nice neighborhood
This property is expertly clean and well maintained. The home is newly renovated with smart stylish details that feel upscale while staying true to the architecture of the home. The furniture and beds are lovely and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Linens and towels are high quality. Kitchen details make you feel at home. The neighborhood is safe for an evening stroll to the nearby college campus or local shops on streets blooming with mature magnolias. There is off street parking. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend.
