The place is very clean. Since it is January, is low season for this beach area. No crowd at all.

Only bad thing we are 82 and 84 years they put us on third floor with no working elevator very hard for us . Other elevator was quite a distance away for us we used steps a lot very hard on us I think that should be one of there top priority to have elevators working one of the reasons stayed tbete

We stayed for 3 nights in the Dana Point area. We did not have an ocean side view, but we knew that the view was not guaranteed when we booked. The kitchen had all we needed for just a few days, and the rooms were clean. The best part was the service from the front desk/concierge. It was so easy to communicate via text if we needed anything, including our check out process which they made super easy.

Super affordable for a quick trip for a wedding, hotel was going under renovations but hardly noticed it at all. We didn’t rent a car so wish there was a little more to do walking distance but not hotels fault at all. Three minute walk to the ocean was perfect!

Jacuzzi tub didn’t work, big struggle with showering. Wasn’t told about no view room. No turn down service but they offered when I asked about it. Wasn’t told about resort fee until a few days before our stay. Washers didn’t work on all floors so had to do some exploring.

The customer service was excellent. The condo was clean. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There was no view and that was the reason we booked this place. The internet was extremely spotty. Whenever I needed to contact my family, I had to leave the property to get a good connection. I enjoyed the stay because of the people I was with.

We had a blast at the resort! It was a home away from home. The room had everything we needed for a weekend of fun, food and family! The only downside was the internet service and the slow elevators. Other than that, this was the perfect stay!
