المكان مريح جدا وقريب من كل الأشياء والموظفين خدومين جدا جدا والموظف الي يسمو امين وسليم ماقصرو جدا معانا .. اهنئ الفندق على التعامل الراقي والخدمات المقدمة والموظفين الراقين..

El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación

الموقع قريب من الخدمات والمطار وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال واخص كل الشكر الاخ ( Aminul ) وكذلك حجزي غرفه وتم ترقية الحجز الى غرفه وصاله وكذلك تم اعطائي ضيافه في اليوم الاول شكرا لكم على حسن الاستقبال والترحيب

تعامل الموظفين رائع جدا الموقع ممتاز قريب من الستي ووك ومول رد سي والمطاعم الشقة مساحتها جيدة جدا

انا سكنت شقة ثلاث غرف وحمامين وصالة نظافة السجاد ليست جيدة وخصوصا بالممرات مساحة دورة المياه الداخلية صغيرة جدا

فندق اكثر من رائع وموظفين جميعهم محترمين وع خلق مثل استاذ امين وغيره

التكييف خرب ب احد الغرف ، المصعد علق علينا وحين تم ابلاغ الاستقبال لم يبدي اي ردة فعل وكانه شي عادي!!! ،دورات المياه صغيره وضيقه ، العزل جدا سيء بالغرف تحس انك نايم بالشارع ، راحئة اللوبي والغرف كانت سيئه لين عطرنا المكان كامل ، تجربه جداً سيئه

The property is central to the airport and downtown Jeddah.

I am lost for words on how poor my experience was staying in this hotel, here is a short list of items that were disappointing with the property: - The wifi did not work - The air conditioner and TV did not have a remote even after asking - The air conditioner in the bedroom is extremely loud and barely operates - The bedsheets did not feel washed and were extremely old, after requesting more bedsheets i was given 1 additional sheet. - There is supposed to be breakfast included, upon asking they told me no there was no breakfast. - Dust and unclean carpets and couches. For the price this property is extremely disappointing, i unfortunate because the location is central to most things.

nonstop reception, we were able to check-in after midnight

nonstop reception could be presented directly (we were stressed about arriving outside the limited check-in time stated) breakfast was quite small (box from a restaurant outside) and wasn´t delivered on agreed time, we had to ask for it

I was fooled by the evaluation..and I find the location is nice.. but the overall experience is bad.

Not clean.. no maintenance.. no remote control for the lousy TV..
