This is a lovely vacation home right near the beach. 5 minutes walk and the Beach is there. The house was just right size for 3 of us, it would be an issue due to the one restroom. However the house is well styled and spacious. It is within 5 minutes drive to restaurants and any other beaches. Turnkey was very responsive with excellent communication. The kitchen was well stalked. A couple of small issues that can be easily fixed: some lights are not working and some of the quilts are old( no issues if you carry your own) can could do with ultra cleaning or changing. We otherwise enjoyed our stay!!

We really enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the bay each day. It was so much easier than packing up and driving to the National seashore beaches. The only issues we had with the house were: there was not a bowl large enough to scramble a dozen eggs for the family or a frying pan large enough to cook them, and there were no beach chairs, umbrellas or beach toys available for guests. We could see some in a locked shed but were told they were not for guest use. Very odd for a beach house. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Sleeps 8 but has only one bath, which stopped us from having overnight guests. House smelled musty upon arrival, and basement has some mold. Didn't affect us, but someone with allergies should avoid. Two bedrooms on first floor. Ok, but not a 'master' with TV as advertised, but who cares. Upstairs bedrooms feel like a camp, or 'under construction'. Spacey but barren. Property feels like it has been finished to 2/3. Yard is big but dry. Nice privacy. AC worked. Kitchen utensils were odd and outdated, but sufficient. Drawers were not clean, and some dishes were not clean. Two coffee makers. Good space for lounging and eating, and watching TV. Had some issues with TV connection, at times. Area feels safe, and access to the beach was easy. Also good location for exploring outer cape, and National Seashore. I would be happy to go back, but it is also a bit expensive for what you get.

It's a 5-10 minute walk, but it's not a big deal. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults. the only minor complaints we had was one bathroom gets a bit tough in the mornings and there could have been more kitchen equipment. It also would have been helpful if it were better stocked with staples like toilet paper/paper towels, etc. Nothing was a big deal to replace however. We were also offered early check-in and late check-out which was nice.

On arrival - I went looking for the "sandy pathway to enjoy direct access to a glorious semi-private Cape Cod beach." Well, it's there - just a 5 min walk down a back road with cars. That's a very different expectation - especially when you take the image on vrbo website. I also texted the "TurnKey" help - and asked where the sand path was - they told me it was 4 miles away!! (It's not) but the point is that every interaction with TurnKey text help as like a Turing test. TurnKey support has no context and no knowledge of where you are or what's going on in the home you are in. At one point we ran out of toilet paper - the local support dropped off 3 rolls. So, yes, thanks for being on call - but it was way too complicated to get that to happen. Otherwise, the house images are what they are. NOTE TO PARENTS: 1/ since the sandy path is far away, you are not able to send middle sized kids alone ... and you cant really hop back from the beach fast 2/ the description is of a 1 bath with a tub - the tub doesnt hold water, so if you have a little kid and expect a tub - you wont be able to bathe the kid. I did submit this to TurnKey - but they didn't understand enough English to figure out what to do about it - so we showered

All bedrooms and living room had window A/C kept the house very comfortable. Close walk to beautiful Bayside beach which had plenty of sand even at High tide which is an issue at other Eastham beaches. The walk to beach was only 3 houses away from very cool path to the stairs. Are only issue was privacy of outdoor shower you could see into the shower from kitchen window so has to block with cardboard which was no big deal. Would absolutely stay here again very pleased with everything.

This is a great house for the family. Nice walk down to a fantastic beach. The bay beach is really nice at low tide for families with children. Shallow water as far as you can see. Crabs and snails and mussels to collect. Back yard at the house is nice and private. Couldn't have asked for more.

The house is in a great location, on a very quiet dirt road, a 5 minute walk to the bay, where you can walk for miles on the beach. The property is about an acre and peaceful. From the location it is a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants (Arnold's, Karoo) and a 10 or 15 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches (Coast Guard, Nauset Light). We generally would hit the bay beaches in the morning and the Atlantic beaches in the early evening. The house was very clean. The first floor appears recently renovated with nice new leather furniture (the reclining chairs with USB were a big hit). There is a fantastic TV (maybe 50" 4k in the living room). The upstairs is more of a work in progress, not really renovated. I would view those two bedrooms as primarily suited for children. The rental company was very high-touch, very customer friendly. We would choose to rent here again.

Absolutely adored this cape ‘home away from home!’ It’s charming with its outdoor shower, a kid friendly walk to a private beach, and a perfect location for a quiet ‘get away’ with easy access to all of the great ‘Cape spots.’ This home is very well kept with all of the amenities of a vacation rental, as well as the quaint location makes it a home I will absolutely book again and again!

Great beach rental! Plenty of room on a huge secluded lot. 3 minute walk down a private lane to a very quiet, gentle beach. The house is perfect and great for a relaxing get away-plenty of bedrooms and a great living room area to lounge and watch the big screen TV. Lots of other beaches and attractions within a 3-5 minute drive. (Restaurants, putt-putt, lighthouse, etc). We loved our time at the house and everything went perfectly. Owners were super easy to deal with and the house was as advertised. All the light switches are labeled, which is a nice touch that helps you know which light to turn on for which area, as well as the remotes-just a little thing that makes a big difference.
