Place was nice. Worked great for our family. Communication with the host was good. Only small issue we had was the wifi wasn't great for streaming and we just so happen to be trying to watch the first weekend of the march madness tournament. Again, that was a really small issue. We enjoyed everything else about the place.

The property owner was very responsive upon booking and throughout our stay. Upon driving through the neighborhood and up to the house it is obvious that the surrounding neighborhood was built up somewhere around the 1960s but do not let that deter you. The house has modern upgrades both interior and exterior with just a few things still in need of upgrade but nothing major. Definitely worth the price and location. I'm sure we will return in the not so distant future.

This place was perfect for our little weekend. The pool was especially nice for the kids. Backyard was spacious for cook puts or just sitting by the fire pit. Awesome experience for this family of 5

Our family had a wonderful time The house was well maintained . Great communication. The pool is definitely a plus being Florida and the humid heat . Would definitely stay again!

There were a lot of items that need fixed. For example, the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet. I had to brace it with a piece of wood. When we arrived, there were no lids on either of the toilets. One of the light switches was not attached to the wall fixture. The propane bottle on the grill was empty and I had to get that filled. They had a lock box on the thermostat so you could not adjust the temperature in the house. And it got up to 78 to 79 during the day and took a long time to cool down at night. I have never seen that anywhere I have stayed before. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The host was responsive but things need to get fixed.

We loved staying here. The pool is great and the inside of the house is as well. More than enough space for my family of 4. Already planning a stay for next year!

We would definitely rent again. It met many of our expectations and more. Janee was quick to respond when called upon and enjoyed meeting Quentin. Super friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we wanted! Thank you Janee for all you did for us!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and comfortable. Located near many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the outdoor space too.

I did not receive the door code prior to arriving, but the owner there wasn't an issue getting in touch with the owner and receiving the code.

Upon arrival the property looked great BUT at closer look there are many issues. Things were broken that I was blamed for afterward. The lawn chair was broken and blamed on us.. The swingset in pics, notice they only show half, it's because other half is hanging and a danger to kids. The back door does not lock at all, they provide a piece of wood to lodge in door which also does not work as we were locked out of home for hours and instructed to try backdoor. There is no form of communication except vrbo texting and Communication was ok at 1st, but as soon as we asked why thermostat was locked in box and at 75 (way too hot to sleep comfortably) they ignored all communication. Including their other lock keeping us out home for more than 5 hours before they responded. The tub they list does not work when you turn on button, but the next day randomly turned on and wouldn't shut off. Owner says that was weird to happen but also stated they already had that same problem repaired once. There were HUGE cockroach bugs in closets, under furniture and my son woke up to one climbing on him. Good thing I like lizards because I had one on bed rail.. there is a bucket under the sink to catch leaking water.. There is no laundry facility at all, I'm assuming it's kept in the locked garage. This sucks having wet and sandy clothes that you now must travel home with. 15 minutes before check out is when they sent check out instructions about dishes, trash, linens, etc things that should have been told long before 15 minutes of exit. Which also led me to realize they do not wash the top blankets only the sheets and towels were requested to be placed in laundry bags, so beware.. there is no wifi.. It appears they are new to renting out this home and have some quirks to work out. Has lots of potential, nice neighborhood, close to everything, beautiful layout but needs some guidance too. Just be caReful you don't end up getting a bill for stuff they should have had fixed before renting place.
