Our room was clean with easy check in/out. The door lock was temperamental. The online listing was fairly accurate but I don’t remember seeing one side of the (high) bed was just a few inches from the wall making it very difficult to get in/out of bed on that side especially with the other person already in bed. This could be hard for an older or less agile person 😆. No chairs to sit on-to be fair not really a lot of room and no shelf in the bathroom and minimal space on the vanity. The courtyard is very pretty. We were here for our daughter’s wedding so actually spent little time in the room so I can’t speak for the WiFi or TV or even the HVAC. Our stay was quiet except around 2:30-3:00am with the loud conversation of a couple of party goers The staff we encountered were very nice and friendly. The only reasons for three stars are the door lock, lack of seating other than the bed, and the awkwardness of getting into bed-first world problems I know-but they were a touch aggravating. The location was excellent for us and walkable for so many things.

This was such a great little place to stay in. It was cozy and had all the things we needed plus more. We loved how we were at walking distance of many things making it easier to get around. We definitely plan to be back and book through this host again.

Lovely hotel, beautiful location. The locks can be a little tough to work with, but if you read the instructions, you will figure it out. I woke up in the middle of the night to super loud noises and we think it was snow falling out of the trees, but I am not sure if they could have done anything about it. Beautiful place, super clean. Absolutely loved it.

This is our third time staying here, and it's always worth it. We love how modern and clean it is. We also love the fact that it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the gondola. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable room, convenient check in/out system and very responsive team over the phone/text.
Only downside is that the room was a little on the small side and heating didn't reach bathroom.

Our room was perfect for our stay. I particularly enjoyed all of the thoughtful details that exceeded expectations such as eye masks, slippers, and minimal plastic K cups. The location is a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola and Village.

The code lock is very buggy. It takes on average 5 tries to unlock or lock the door. Extremely annoying!
The fridge didn't work. It was not obvious also, since the light in the fridge was working, so we left our milk there only to find out the warm milk in the morning
There were no available power outlets as well
The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring
Other than that, the place itself is cozy and clean. The location is excellent

The place was exactly what we needed. Super clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions. Easy to walk to get to everything. The only tricky thing was the door code system. It was very sensitive and sometime needed a few tries to get the lock just right. Other than that it was great and we would stay here again.

This was a great stay in Lake Tahoe and would stay again. The only small issue we had was the smart lock was a little finicky and the code stopped working, but the staff answered my call right away and created a new passcode for the door. The walls are quite thin so we heard voices clearly and a dog barking early in the morning, but it wasn't too big of a deal since it was only once.
Overall, this is an amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the main shops and restaurant area. Beautiful interior and great appliances/amenities!

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was just a stones throw from the outdoor arena and it was just perfect.

This place was so cute! Perfect place for a weekend get away and walking distance to Harvey's/Heavenly. Had a little situation with parking spaces but was able to get in touch with a representative and resolve right away. The door was a little hard to enter the code, we had to try several times before being able to unlock the door each time we would come back. In addition, the TV would sometimes not work, possibly the remote needed new batteries? My partner also developed REALLY bad allergies as soon as we arrived to the room. Continued to make her really congested the whole weekend which was unfortunate. Other than that, the shower was very nice and hot & the rest of the place was so cute.

Had a nice time visiting South Lake Tahoe while staying in this cute little place. We were just a 5 minute walk from Heavenly village and other activities. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Clean and great location, walking distance to everything. The only downfall was the noise when snow and/or pine cones hit the roof in the middle of the night and it would wake us up. But other than that, very enjoyable stay!

Property was perfect for my needs and great location. Had the unfortunate experience of winter storm and loss of city power and plumbing issues for one day of my stay but property management was very responsive and accommodating to my request to check out one night early. Overall good experience beyond the uncontrollables of weather and frozen pipes.

Super cute, clean and affordable rooms at outstanding location. We stayed in one in of the smaller units and were super impressed by the layout and kitchenette. A few more hangers/hooks on the wall to hang wet towels, jackets, and clothes would be an easy update to make the experience even better. Smooth check in check out process. Loved the keyless entry.
When the air conditioner compressor went out Breanna was invested in getting it fixed and so helpful.

Celebrating our 18 year anniversary
Clean, quiet, comfortable and well located. Only downfall is the entry system was a little difficult to manage. No key, just a keypad that kept beeping but not working. With patience and laughter we were able to get in and out of the unit, so overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect Studio in South Lake Tahoe
We loved our stay. The unit makes incredibly efficient use of the small space. Great bed and shower, small refrigerator/freeezer and microwave and even drawers and hanging space for clothes. Clean and walking distance to the Lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos if you partake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, within walking distance to many shops restaurants and casinos, that was clean and well appointed for what I needed. Large shower with HOT water. The bed was comfy and the AC worked perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
