Lots of room for the family to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We went to Kansas for my Aunt's 80th birtjday. We wanted a place we could all stay together so we could soend quality time together. This was a perfect place to stay and haf everything we needed. Would recommend for anyone traveling in the area!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything that we needed. The layout of the property was perfect for pur group of 10 6 adults and 4 children. We were gone most of the time but it was comfortable. The only pause we had was that the kitchen/dining tile floor was very sticky. I mopped it twice and thefloor was very dirty. I messaged the host and she promptly responded and offered to sen some one out to clean. I did not do thar since i already took care of it.

The house was great and had all of the amenities we expected. Property owners were great to work with. We would book this place again!

This was a nice property to stay at. However, the carpets have a distinct pet odor and need to be cleaned or replaced. It was extremely strong. Also, there was only one trash bag for each trash can, which makes it difficult to keep trash cleaned up over a long stay. Lastly, the WiFi connection was too slow for working remote. You won’t be able to reliably take calls from here on WiFi.

We really enjoy staying at this house. The basement allows for noisier play away from the main area. We really like the fireplaces as well. They do work, though it took us a bit to figure out how. This is our second stay at this house, and we will probably be back again.

Great property and location. Very comfortable and clean large house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of amenities and Nichole was helpful with anything I inquired about.

This home was just the right size and location for our family while visiting our daughter in Wichita. The guys enjoyed the air hockey table in the basement while we ladies conversed on the nearby seating. We had everything we needed. Check-in/out was a breeze. Communication with our host was great. Would love to stay here again whenever we’re back in the area.

Worked out great for our needs for attending a wedding. Very clean. Deck in backyard was nice and private. Neighborhood was neglected and somewhat noisy (loud partying with the holiday weekend but luckily neighbors on both sides were quiet). Short drive to most anywhere in Wichita area for dining and entertainment. Sedgwick County Zoo is a great zoo for this area. I am glad we stayed here for three nights instead of a hotel having a 3 year old with us!

We had a wonderful stay at Nichole’s property! The house was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and we loved curling up on the couches with the soft blankets. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the deck in the backyard. We regret that we just missed the leafing out of the trees by a couple of weeks.
The house was spacious and gave all of the adults (5) room for privacy.

Visiting Wichita for a friends wedding. This property is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Wish it was warmer to take advantage of the backyard and large deck. We would stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! Spot on description and pictures! Plenty of space for everyone. We even had a movie night with my older kids and grandkids that stay in town and they loved the place!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great house, location to the gym we were playing at and restaurants/ Walmart/ shopping.
It was a very convenient location with easy access to all we needed while there. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions I had. Great house!

Lovely big house
House was alot bigger than I needed but was wonderful.Host answered right away. Teens enjoyed the air hockey table and all the games available for them. Prime location Mcdonalds just up the street. I will defiantly stay there again when I go visit my grandkids.

This is the BEST property for families. We were there for our sons wedding. My daughters family stayed upstairs, in-laws stayed on the main floor and we were in the basement which gave us each our own dpace
