Awesome property! Everything was wonderful. We didn't have any issues checking in or out. The instructions were detailed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We felt safe and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. We will be planning our next trip soon!

There are so many restrictions on using things in the house that a renter feels unwelcome. For instance, the renter can not use the clothes closet in the master bedroom. Also, you are awakened at 5AM by the train whistle from the nearby crossing.

Everything you need. Very roomy & comfortable. Location was great. Master suite is huge! Owner was a great communicator.
Be ready to read the long list of rules & conditions. It needs a deep cleaning as there was much dust and many cobwebs. Bathtubs upstairs had dead bugs. It wasn’t swimming weather, but pool was nice & clean.

The property was everything we hoped for. Very nice home- quite neighborhood- my mom 82 wanted a trip with she & her 4 kids- we made it happen!!!

3 family generations in Tomball for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect for our downtime between games. Enough room for everyone to spread out and ideal for when we wanted to be together and play games.

Nice neighborhood. Close to many golf courses and restaurants. Plenty of TV's. Pool very nice, but it is not heated so any cool nights might be too cold to use.

By far the best property and experience we’ve had so far with VRBO. Dan was easy to communicate with and the house is in a great location and great shape. A lot of space and relaxing.

Great house!
The listing was perfectly accurate to what you should expect. The house was in immaculate order. The beds were so comfortable! Me and my two best friends stayed here for a few days while the kids were at camp. The swimming pool was beautiful and everything was so nice. Dan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Close to great shopping and restaurants! We will be back!

Beautiful home
We had a good time. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed the hot tub. Dan was very responsive and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had a good time. I highly recommend staying here.
