We love staying here every time we come to Vista to visit our grandchildren. The casita is always clean and comfortable and Debra is always easy to contact if we have any questions.

The parking was very difficult, the property is very difficult to find. The AC is controlled by the main house and doesn't work very well in the guest house. There was construction work being done on the house on the Saturday we were there which was very loud and blocked the parking. Also they consider kids over 9 year's old adults. The host accused us of property damage that we did not do and had Virbo charge us for it.

The rental is part of the main house, like an in law suite. The unit was clean. The shower was great and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. It included a kitchen and a full size fridge but we did not cook. The television worked was a great while we relax at night. We were out all day and only came in to sleep and shower. Communication with Debra was awesome. She was very responsive. My only complain and it was not a big deal was, when the family upstairs cooked, we could smell it in our unit. We couldn't open the windows to let the fresh air in. Also, the unit was beautiful but heavily decorated and we moved pillows and decor out of the way to make room for our belongings. Again, these things were not a big deal but worth mentioning so there's no suprises. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed her for 5 nights and chose it due to the ease of access to Oceanside and the great reviews. It did not disappoint. The property is as shown in the pictures and spacious enough for 2 people. More than 2 people might be crowded. The bed was super comfy and the linens and towels are definitely upper end. While the kitchen is small, it has everything you need and overall the place is nicely stocked. I would recommend as a home base location.

My husband and I along with our 2 children stayed in this guest house for just over a week and it couldn't have been more perfect. It's beautiful and had everything we needed. Our host Debra was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. She and her husband even went out of their way to retrieve our Door Dash order that was errantly left at the neighbor's house! The neighborhood is beautiful and very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do while vacationing in California. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the cleanest Vrbo that we have stayed at. I feel It is much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. I like how the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. It includes all the essentials that you may need from toiletries to kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The guest house was just right for us. We cooked every meal there with no issues. It is located just minutes from the Dr's office we were going to. House is very clean and spacious enough for 3 people to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed for making all our meals. This was our second time staying at this house and will probably stay again. The host was very responsive to our inquires and needs. Would recommend.

Cleanliness is key and this place was perfect. Many options to eat within a short drive to downtown. We loved that we could drive anywhere we needed to get within reason but have a comfortable place to relax and sleep. Check-in was super easy as great detailed instructions were given.

This was the perfect place for me to rent. The guest house was warm and cozy. The decor is lovely and makes you feel right at home. Most of what I needed while I was there was readily available. We loved our stay in Vista and our VRBO accommodations. Our sweet "Casita" was just as described in the listing, even better. After a very long drive, we arrived to be greeted by a personalized welcome sign at the door. The pushbutton entry made keys unnecessary, which was so nice. This rental is large, with a good sized living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette and dining area are incorporated in with the living room area which made it so convenient. (Our host provided bottled water in the refrigerator, and snacks in the cupboard.) The decor is darling, and fits with the vibes of this beachy retreat. The bed is large and very comfortable, and all the linens were very high-end. Everything was spot-less and our host was very good at making us feel comfortable through her thorough and informative emails. This rental is a short commute to the beach, and the town of Vista has plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. We were so happy with our visit at this quiet and restful home away from home, and know you will be also.

Debra's apartment is an ideal base for exploring North San Diego County. It is very comfortable, efficient, and quiet; perfect for a couple to relax in after a trip to the beach. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with local themes and appointments. The king size bed is a bit soft for us but we slept very well. The only thing the accommodation lacks is a walk-in shower for big guys like me, however the tub/shower is larger than most so it served the function well. We have family in the area and will return to Debra's place. XLNT value!!
