It is very accessible to all…food, mall, beach

The property has everything we needed for an overnight stay in Subic. It's comfortable for us family of 4. We liked the location and the proximity to restaurants and shops. Overall, we were comfortable in our stay.

The room is clean and very comfortable to stay for vacation. The owner and staffs are very accomodating. Everything in the room is useful for family and friends who are on vacation. We will book this room again. Its better than a hotel.
None, we experience a problem of aircondition but they checked and do something with it. Indeed we had a good stay with all my family and friends

The unit was clean. Fast wifi and Netflix was available. AC was very good. Microwave and Kettle are both working well. Very good location. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Lots of restaurants available within the area.
The shower area was small, kinda hard to go out after a shower. The bidet spray needs to be changed. Bar stools were unstable and felt unsafe to be sat on.

Only 1 blanket provided. I'm with a co-worker and sleeps in different bed.

The AC wasn't cold like before even if you crank it all the way to 16°. The AC unit might need some cleaning and servicing.
Also there's a not so good smell in the room. It's like something was soaked and not dried properly (na kulob).

The sofa bed was busted. Looks like the previous group that stayed did a number of the sofa bed. Hinges were broken and we weren't able to lay it as a bed. My son was curled up on a sofa instead of a bed 😔 Hope it gets fixed.

Perfect for four . The aircon was cold and the wifi very fast. Convenient restaurants and store on the first floor. Highly recommend, Host very accommodating and fast to respond. Microwave/ kettle/ ref provided with towels bed sheets and pillows/ lots of extras.
