Property is really nice. View is as good as it gets. Pretty well equipped with whatever you should need. Only minor complaint would be the towels, nice but small

Really great place. Proximity to parking, the elevator, and the beach made it super convenient. Very spacious - larger than some rental houses/duplexes we've stayed in. The corner location and wrap-around deck provided amazing views. Good furniture, comfy beds, and adequately stocked kitchen with quality appliances, pans, etc. We actually appreciated that the condo wasn't overcrowded with excess furniture or full of a bunch of crappy kitchen stuff like in most rentals. Also appreciated the laundry room and full-size washer and dryer. We found it exactly as advertised and would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Michael was so helpful with our check-in as we were tired from driving all day and it was dark upon our arrival- texted us to make it easy to find our way to the elevator. There are so many personal touches in this condo that you feel right at home. It is the best equipped kitchen I have had the pleasure of using while renting a beach property! Spotless and very nicely decorated! Perfect location with the beach just a few steps away! We had a little trouble figuring out the access due to walking in on ground floor versus going up one level to the actual first floor. Owners were very responsive and got us taken care of!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The work put into refurbishing the property made the visit totally enjoyable. My wife has mobility issues so the elevator really helped. Being on the beach front allowed us to enjoy the beach without actually being on it.

The ocean view from the wrap-around porch was beautiful! The condo is clean and the beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the beach and a great location close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The views are so amazing! Everything we could ask for was here. Our family was able to spend time together and relax watching the sunrises on the balcony every morning. They even had a little office area set up that worked wonderfully for our family that needed to still be able to work. We look forward to another visit!

We wanted to hear, see and feel the ocean breezes and this made it possible with sliding glass doors and wrap around deck enabling us to do this from nearly every room. Also well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and compact computer closet to hook my laptop into two big screens with good computer chair made it especially easy to conveniently handle meals, laundry and a remote work meeting. Finally furniture and beds very comfortable and parking easy. Great location, too! Will return.

Very nice condo with a wonderful ocean view and an easy walk to the beach.

Very comfortable. One of the best we have visited on this entire island, and we have stayed from Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle in the last 37 years. We never go to any other beach location even though it is a 7-hour drive.

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. I was concerned about the location, this condo is in a crowded part of the island and is on the first floor. The first floor is not the ground floor, there are parking spaces and owners closets under the first floor so we were above the crowd. Other residents of the condo complex coming and going to the beach did not impact us at all. The balcony is fantastic, it is all covered and with the breeze off the ocean it was a great place to sit and enjoy. The condo is comfortable and clean. We thought it was great

The location was wonderful. The ocean views from the large shaded deck were stunning. Easy access to groceries and many good restaurants. Fishing at the pier (about 1.4 mile walk by beach) was good. Caught many different species. Quiet beach community. The condo itself was very well appointed and we lacked nothing. It was very clean on arrival. The pool on the property was clean and of good design. Ample tables, chairs with shade umbrellas. Terrific stay.

The property and location was perfect for our family vacation. We were hoping for an oceanfront space to truly enjoy the beach during our stay and "A Swell Life" did not disappoint at all - in fact, I would say it was even better than than the description and pictures portrayed. The amount of outdoor deck space is phenomenal. We love getting up to walk on the beach to see the sunrise and sunsets and we were able to easily access the beach AND enjoy it all from the comfort of the deck when we needed a break from the beach. It was very convenient to put up our canopy on the beach in the morning and come back and forth to the condo as needed. The appliances are all new and the living/sleeping spaces are very comfortable and spacious. There were six of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space as well. We enjoyed coffee and lunch frequently on the deck. There were beach chairs to borrow and games and books available when you need a break from the elements. Our boys (pre-teen and teen) very much enjoyed the pool, basketball court and corn hole. The location is also very convenient to local grocery stores and entertainment. We made stops at Publix and Food Lion and visited great local establishments (Flip Flop Donuts, The Fish Hut Grill and The Growler Bar were some of our favorites) all within just a few miles. We would love to visit again and will definitely share this perfect location with friends and family. If you are looking to spend a lot of time on the beach + enjoy amenities of a pool and convenience to grocery stores and restaurants... this is the place!
