From start to finish this rental property was awesome! The owner was readily available for questions before, during and after the reservation. The property itself is beautiful. I will absolutely book this place again,

Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Property and neighborhood were quiet and very clean. Great extras - game room, coffee, tea, candy, soda/beer available. And close to several nice bars and restaurants, or an easy Uber ride to downtown.

Fully remodeled place just minutes from Broadway with everything you could want in a stay! Tina was a great host and her place was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

Our daughter is a nurse at Vanderbilt & she is always taking the drive back home to Mississippi for Christmas. So this year we decided to save her the drive and spend it in Nashville with her. We love Nashville anyway but let me tell you.... we love, love, love this home. We really enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful & there is a coffee/tea station that we used a lot. Tina was an excellent host and responds immediately if you have any questions. If you're thinking about booking it, book it!! You will not be disappointed. This place really felt like home away from home.

Everything about this rental was a positive, from Tina the host to the nicest home you could ask for. The location was central to the Nashville tourist scene with easy access in every direction. The home was spotless and extremely well stocked. Our travel group has been all over the US and internationally and this rental tops the list.

This house is deceiving from the outside. It's very spacious (we had 9 ppl), clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, especially after a long day. Tina and her husband are great hosts! They thought of everything for their guests from a little bar setup, coffee bar, umbrellas, and toiletries to name a few. The house isnt far from downtown, just a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. Very close to the grocery store & Starbucks as well. The neighborhood is safe, an up & coming area. I would definitely rent here again if Im back in Nashville.

We had seven adults in our group and the house was perfect for us. The layout was great. House was clean and the hosts thought about every detail. Bathrooms and kitchen are very well-appointed. We were close enough to all the action of Nashville while still enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. We had some questions/concerns before our arrival and I was able to speak with the owner quickly. Super helpful! We definitely plan to stay here again during our next trip.

The home was exactly as the photos looked! We had a party of 9, plenty of room for all. The games room was a bonus for an evening in after an exciting day of checking out the Nashville sites. Short Uber drive away with minimal wait times. This place was perfect!

This house felt brand new! Extremely clean and plenty of space for our bachelor party group of 7. Tina and Will were so friendly and informative about places to go in the city. 10/10. Such an enjoyable stay for our first time in Nashville. Will definitely be back again!

Property was everything as advertised and more! Came to Nashville for a family vacation and this home did not disappoint. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time at this property and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property! We had six adults and the size was perfect! Not much of a backyard, as another living space is being added, but the front porch was nice to relax on. Host was great and communicated quickly.

If you’re looking for a place that is modern, sparkling clean and has anticipated your every need, this is the one! Located in an up and coming neighborhood, the home is spacious and loaded with every amenity you could think of! Who thinks of supplying umbrellas? Tina and Will did! Very close to downtown and Opryland! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Tina is super responsive host and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing hosts and a fantastic location. The ubers downtown are cheap and overall you're in a great spot to experience a lot of what nashville has to offer. The home itself is beautiful and easily fits 8-10 people, 0 complaints and couldn't say enough good things about our experience here in every aspect.

Our family of 9 had a great vacation, sightseeing and enjoyed the house completely, it was even better in person!! Perfect location and super easy to go everywhere with Uber and driving!

We came with a group of friends for a concert and this place was so spacious and nice! We met the owners and they were really nice. We saw construction in back yard and they mentioned it being a future mother in law type of suite.
The bar area was really nice! We stayed in the masters and the bathroom was out of this world. We did not have kids but would be a great place for kids as there are games upstairs

This home is beautiful! It is super clean and the owners thought of every detail. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless! The game room was a bonus to our stay on the nights we didn’t head out. It’s in a great location - minutes from the airport and Broadway. We had never been to Nashville before so I didn’t know if I was picking the right area but thankfully this was perfect, I highly recommend this home. The owners are very nice people, they answered every question quickly and we had no issues at all.

The cleanest, most thoughtful and well appointed property I ever stayed at. Tina and Will are amazing hosts and have poured a lot of thoughtfulness and care into their VRBO. Every detail has been considered and the experience was terrific. This is a can't miss property, great neighborhood, easy to get into town yet walk to several nearby spots.

I recently stayed at this rental and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an excellent host who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house was immaculately clean, with attention to detail everywhere you looked.
One of the standout features of this rental was the excellent showers and beds. The showers were spacious and had great water pressure, making for a refreshing start to the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and soft linens. Fully equipped kitchen as well as a pool table, dart board and Pac-Man machine added some nice enjoyment to the house. If I return to Nashville I will definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place enough especially if you have multiple families. We had two families in our group. 4 adults, 2 one year olds, and 2 other children and it was a great fit for us.
They loved the gaming system and playing ping pong! The owners were easy to communicate with and check in was easy. Such an easy drive to downtown as well! Highly recommend!

This property was AMAZING. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners attention to detail was on point! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. And the mini bar was such a bonus. Everything was clean and set up beautifully. We could not have had a better stay.

We had the best time in Nashville and staying at this rental. I can’t think of any cons. Owners were very accommodating. Rental was very clean and they thought of everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Location was so close to everything we wanted to do : Broadway st, football game, Monells, Opry etc. We would highly recommend this to anyone. We had 2 families and a set of grandparents and there was plenty of room/beds for us all and a game room for kids to play ping pong.

This house is beautiful. Not often have we found a place that is even better than the pictures. This one is. Perfect for four couples with easy access north to Opryland, south to Franklin and to the heart of Broadway. Would 100% recommend!
