Location was good, walking distance to restaurants , market etc. Room was older and not in the best condition.

There was no fan . So in order to have some fresh air , had to keep the windows open which had no grills so wasn’t the best solution in the nights. For the day time it was okay but I think , a table fan of a ceiling fan should be in each room and then it’s upto the guests to use it or not. The WiFi didn’t really work, kept disconnecting .

The location is good, at the heart of town. So everything is at your reach.

No breakfast is prepared at the property. They order from outside as per the guests choice and serve at the property. Please do not expect any buffet breakfast.

infrastructure like geyser do not function properly which causes immense difficulty for bathing specially for ladies and children. breakfast arrangements are not properly made and in time

Nothing in particular except that it is conveniently located and not too far from Mall, Keventer's or Glenary's.

The worst host I have ever seen. We reached 2 hrs after check in time and still their rooms were not ready. There was no provision for lunch or dinner even though it was mentioned in the booking slip. The least I say about complimentary breakfast the better- worst food quality and nightmarish service. You cannot park your vehicle even for 30 seconds in front of the hotel to board or unboard. Most importantly they could not provide me a payment receipt for the payments we have made. After repeated request, they could only send a soft copy on WhatsApp. The contact number shared by the property is also not working. I will never recommend anyone to book Muscatel Springburn Darjeeling under any circumstances.

Very less option.no system of lunch or dinner.staff are co operative.good system of room heating and bed heating.

For aged people it is difficult to climb the stairs and no room has any mountain view.

Nice Hotel With good view room was cozy,neat and clean all the amenities are there.Especially Thanks to the receptionist Prashanti for you service and guide.She help alots and make our stay comfortable.I will definitely visit again
