I used to love the property from last year, but that completely changed 2023!!!!!!!

I extremely upset that I booked a2 Queen beds for 3 guests and they gave our room away. They overbooked hotel, so when showed up at 10pm. They said they were overbooked!!!!!!!the counter lady was very rude instead of being accommodating. She said can cancel room if I wanted, but everything in the area was 600 or more for the night. Had to sleep 3 people in a king size and one on the floor. She said they don’t give out mattresses, then she didn’t give us extra blankets-Don’t stay at La Quinta in Plugerville!!!!!!!

It was a decent & clean hotel.

The check in process was absolute chaos. We were given another customers room and were insured that it would be taken care of in their system. We ended up with an extra $140 charge that nobody knows where it came from.

Great location about 20 mins away from Austin and round rock. This location is located in a huge shopping center newly developed and that’s a huge plus.

The one tv station we wanted to watch (NBC) was unavailable due to some dispute between the cable provider and the network, I guess!?! No British Open broadcast! Pretty ridiculous.

it was located near a place I had to go for work. that was the good thing.

the carpet was sticky, and the sheets smelled like they’d been washed with straight bleach. it irritated my skin and made me itch to the point that I slept in pants, long sleeves, and socks so that as little of my body touched the bed as possible. the AC didn’t produce very well so it was humid and uncomfortable during the night, especially having to wear so many clothes. upon taking a shower, there was one tiny bottle of shampoo and that’s all, so I had to try and wash my body and hair with that small amount, which was frustrating after my night of itchy bleach-sheets. and there was no conditioner for my hair. I felt like I got no rest at all because of the room conditions. it was the Worst la Quinta I’ve ever stayed in.

The facility was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I love how other fast food restaurants and stores were nearby.

I wish they clean a little bit better. You can see hand marks/ prints on the metal equipment and cabinets such as elevators and room furniture (which I believe was small things they looked over when cleaning). They did not have extra toothbrushes at the counter which i thought was odd. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The room, parking lot, and lobby were clean. The kitchen facility was clean. The staff was pleasant.

The faucets were loose in the bathroom. The sitting surfaces in the lobby were very hard and uncomfortable.

Location was very convenient with shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Over priced for sure for the hot water to be ice cold during our entire stay, key cards didn't work on any of the outside doors and only sometimes on our room door which was on the 4th floor. We had to go back and forth to the front desk to get new keys 5 or 6 times with the clerk (assistant manager) giving us all the wrong reasons to what we did as of why the key cards didn't work. I found out the second night of our stay that all the doors were broken but other guest were able to enter into all the doors with no problem and that maintenance was working on the water system. We finally got hot water during checkout. Last but not least there was no breakfast served our 1st morning due to a delay in the food truck not showing up.

My son woke up with bed bug bites, the breakfast wasn’t great, the pillows were not comfortable, the blankets had stains. Paid $163 for one night!

The breakfast was good and the location was great! Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay. I have already stayed here 3 times in the same year.

There is nothing I did not like. Loved the hotel. Loved the location. Loved the staff! Great Hotel for the price! I recommend this to anyone staying in Pflugerville! Pool is very clean as well! Thank you for a great stay!
