Location. Ocean view was nice

I like most everything. The one thing that could be better, the bed way outdated. Just putting soft mattress cover on isn't helping

Wasn’t clean sand pushed to the corners and lefted. Rooms are out of date , they have a VHS in the bedrooms . The tv was so small that half of the channel can’t show . And the tv was dark couldn’t change the color.had no batteries in remote had to buy them myself. And those that are coming down to seaside the 1 bedroom condo is so small u can kick all 4 walls lying in the bed no joke

Great view of the beach and right on the water. Close to activities and restaraunts.

Our family has stayed here for many trips in the past with no issue. This year, the visit BEGAN by Vascasa not being transparent about parking prices- in the welcome email, we are told $35 and at the gate we are forced to pay $50 per car. EVERY vacationer we met told us the same thing. A scam. Once we got to the room, there were no normal cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. The showers had such poor plumbing that they could not run simultaneously, and when they did turn on, the shower heads screeched awfully with erratic spray. We had 4 towels total for our trip of 5 people (luckily we brought our own) and no extra blankets, with no front desk to ask for any of these supplies. But the MOST infuriating was the new code number activated GATE that they put on the boardwalk to the beach. ALL VISITORS were frustrated because the code was NOT told to anyone in a welcome email, it was just figured out through word of mouth, it only worked about half the time you punched it in, and it is just incredibly frustrating to know that despite wanting to relax carefree on the beach, now I am responsible for memorizing two very long codes (gate and door) if I want to come back inside. Like... we want to leave our phones in the room and have phone free family time, but no one can because we have to remember so many unnecessary codes. Why? No other hotel had this from looking around. Oh, and construction started next door at 7am sharp even on the weekends, so no sleeping in.

The location was absolutely great. When I had a question and the property manager, it was answered immediately.

However, it was the dirtiest/nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. I was very very disappointed. I asked for my cleaning g money back. I have pics of the whole place.

The towels were horrendous and like sandpaper, they had construction going on the floor above us that began about 7:00am each day

First couldn't get into the property. ( wrong code) . Was not clean properly. (Dirty towels, dust all over bedroom wall, ceiling and ceiling fan) Had to clean up before we could rest and enjoy it. What a way to start a vacation!! I felt like we were scammed 😔

Having the door code was perfect. No need to have to check in at a desk and other family members arrived earlier than us so it was easy for them to get in without having to wait for us to get there. The view from the condo of the beach was great and loved sitting out on the balcony. Never ran out of hot water in the shower and having the washer and dryer was a plus as well. Having easy access to the beach was one of the reasons we chose the property and it made it so much easier since we had a large group. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would stay at the property again.

The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was broken when we tried to use it.

The ac was proframmed to high, so i was very uncomfortable. I tried to change Thermostat but it didnt work.

I liked the view of the property.

There was sand on the floors, the sofas and chairs, and in the bathrooms. The AC kept freezing and we had to turn it off to thaw it out which made our stay very uncomfortable. The beds were not comfortable at all. The construction and the moving of the upstairs on the 6th floor made it super hard to sleep. The people up stairs started moving stuff at 2:30 in the morning. My kids where not able to sleep.

The mattresses were so worn out that we couldn't get a good night's sleep. The toilet was so low to the ground that we could hardly get up or down. The counter tops were extremely low. Terrible

It could be cleaner… the cigarette thing on porch was nasty… the toaster is broke and a lot of outlets wouldn’t work

Proximity to the beach was nice. Our room had a wonderful view!

Elevators were a little slow to come to you. The boardwalk to the beach needed some repairs and got very hot if you didn’t have shoes on. The area to shower off after being in the sand was slick when wet so my kids both fell at least once on it.
