The property is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a stay away. It's a stone's throw from the town centre which has loads of small boutiques, pubs, cafés and restaurants.

We were given the wrong code to collect the keys, if the cleaners weren't outside waiting to be collected it could have been a disaster. We tried calling the hosts but kept losing connection with them. The two young men who were the cleaners were absolutely brilliant and saved us waiting in our car or retuning home. Thanks guys 😁 Also I'd recommend miniature shampoos and shower gels in the amazing bathrooms. That would be a perfect touch and one you would expect from a property like this.

Would have appreciated “ starter pack” to provide quick instructions to work the heating and tv - for those of us who are not so computer savvy!

Location was very good for us. Easy to walk into the Ferry main streets and down to the river front. Loads of space for just the two of us.

Some of the kitchen facilities weren't great; the wine glasses were very flimsy and felt too fragile to use. Also there was no knife block. We didn't get a response in time for our request for a delayed check out. It arrived after we had left at the official time. Don't know if the emails were monitored over the weekend.
