Caravan was clean and spacious, lots of space for two people. There was a good television, the internet worked well, and we were pleased to find a good fridge/freezer, especially as we had some hot weather. Great views of the Solent, and shipping from the waterfront, a few minutes walk from the caravan.

No real snags, but do take essential food supplies with you, as it is quite a long way to shops, apart from the site shop.

Great location for what I needed. Lots of nice walk / bike routes nearby. The clubhouse outlook was lovely.

The caravan wasn't overly clean. Water didn't drain well in the shower. Additional utensils would have been great in the kitchen (very basic). The mattress was exceptionally thin and not supportive or comfortable.

Although we have dogs we found it smelt very doggy which i think was due to old carpets,also the radiator in the lounge area is full of dog hair . We found the bed very uncomfortable and in general found the entire unit very dated and not cosy . Would suggest new soft furnishings and carpets would do the trick. Host very pleasant

the vacuum cleaner does not work

Cozy, homely feel, great sized fridge and freezer which was useful for a 2 weeks stay. Consideration for our dog with the small dog bed and blankets to use. And entertainment passes included with clear wifi instructions. Kitchen facilities were also good.

No iron or ironing board. Felt a little too remote, felt like we had to always take the car to get anywhere and the shop wasn’t particularly well stocked if you forgot anything fresh.
