Lokalizacja była perfekcyjna, jeśli się planuje atrakcje wodne - obiekt jest położony tuż przy plaży Jeziora Bielawa. Dzięki temu, że pensjonat jest trochę odsunięty od ulicy, jest tam w nocy bardzo cicho i można się wyspać. Pensjonat jest całkiem nowy (albo odnowiony), więc wszystko błyszczy świeżością
