AC is set....so you cannot change it,and it got hot and muggy inside...No wifi in room,even though they advertise

None really. It's quaintness is beautiful. When we check-in, it was currently being renovated.

The place is very affordable and accessible .everytime were in cdo we always stay here.
We are staying on the 3rd floor and the telephone in the room is not working so if we need something we need to personally go to the front desk. Which is on the 1st floor😅

I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL BECAUSE RESTAURANTS ARE NEARBY.
THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN ISN'T FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. I HAD A HARD TIME SECURING MY OFFICIAL RECEIPT BECAUSE SHE WASN'T FRIENDLY AT ALL.

It is in the center of the town. The place is very accessible to all locations - food, shopping, bank, and transportation options. It is also cheap.
BED BUGS! We requested for a change in bedsheet but there's still bed bugs on the new ones! They also have an untidy floor and toilet with a hole on the ceiling.
