The location was good and view was amazing
The host had asked for a security deposit to be transfered to personal account. On our departure no one picked up the phone and no one came to check. After we were out of Hastings we got a call blaming us for a broken tv remote, which was broken previously. They deducted 19.99 pounds and blamed us and said it in the condasending way that we did not read the terms and conditions. I advise you to never use it ever, the host is horrible. Sad to see that Bookings.com is putting such properties on list.

The location was amazing fantastic views out to sea. Great communication from the owners. We will be coming back for a longer stay.

Nice sea view from two bedrooms and lounge, it was very nice and clean. Park itself was also very nice, lots to do for young families. Highly recommend, as it was very well managed and homely accommodation.

The home was clean throughout. We particularly enjoyed the view of the sea. Many local shops near by in case you run out of anything whilst you’re away.
The beds were a tad uncomfortable but perhaps this is because I am used to a hybrid mattress at home. As it was a short stay, this wasn’t much of a problem.

Cool shower.slippery shower tray. Poorly positioned signs or directions around the site.. Difficult access to the caravan thanks to ignorance of key box. We thought pressing the black button would open the door. Nowhere to put case and clothes in the double bedroom.
