we rented this house for a bachelorette party and thought it was great - plenty of beds/bedrooms though not a ton of bathrooms. location is conveniently located close to downtown palm springs.

I decided to have a birthday staycation with my family and loved that this location could accommodate multiple families. The listing and photos made the home look very nice and new, but it wasn’t the case. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager was responsive when needed. When we arrived, the freezer was open and all the ice melted on the floor. The freezer doesn’t close all the way unless pushed with force, so I’m assuming the cleaning lady didn’t notice. The kitchen had some of the basics to use, but we were missing cooking oil, black pepper, scissors, etc., so we went to the local store to pick-up. The blinds felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. It was so dusty when we tried to open it and there were dents/missing paint scratches all over the walls or cabinets. Most of the doors didn’t lock properly which was weird. The casita didn’t have central air and had a portable AC unit in each room but one of the rooms didn’t work so it was a hot pocket. In addition, one of the bunk beds was not cleaned. There was hair and lint all over the bedsheet.. pretty gross. Lastly, the house creaks like no other. It sounded like someone was walking through the house or on the roof the entire night.

Our recent getaway to Palm Springs was nothing short of magical, all thanks to this remarkable Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the enchanting beauty of the desert and the absolute perfection of our accommodations. Let's start with the crown jewel of this property - the beautiful outdoor space with a pool. It was a paradise in the desert! The shimmering pool, surrounded by swaying palm trees and vibrant desert flora, provided the most idyllic backdrop for our days of relaxation. The pool became the epicenter of our laughter-filled adventures. The closed driveway with parking was a huge plus for us. Knowing our vehicles were secure and easily accessible made our stay worry-free. This convenience truly allowed us to make the most of our desert adventure. Inside, the accommodations were simply divine. The main house and the casita provided spacious and luxurious living spaces. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our days of exploration. The well-equipped kitchen and cozy living areas made us feel right at home. We were also pleasantly surprised by the host's thoughtfulness. Their hospitality was unparalleled, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay and very communicative to ensure we were comfortable. If you're seeking a tranquil oasis in the heart of the desert, look no further. This Airbnb is a slice of paradise, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and a longing to return.

I was pleasantly surprised when I spent my 40th birthday at this property. They had everything we needed for a nice staycation. The place was clean, check in/check out process was easy, and the place was kid-friendly. I planned on cooking and bbqing the entire weekend and they basically had everything we needed: kitchen utensils, dining items, and towels. I also liked that there were 2 washer/dryers (one in the main house and one in the casita). I think I appreciated the high chair the most because my toddler was able to use it. Overall, the place was great! Would definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again!

I came here for my bachelorette with 13 girls total and it was awesome! Pros: Communication was incredible. Weeks, days and while I was there I was able to reach Kori within minutes. We needed more sheets the first night and Kori sent someone immediately after working hours to make sure we were all set. Centrally located. We were about 5-10 minutes from everywhere we went - Colony Hotel for lunch, Arrive Hotel for pool, Tropicale, Tahquitz Canyon waterfall hike. Which made it stress free and easy to call an Uber or drive. Comfortable and just like the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Didn’t notice any dirt or dust. Pool was awesome - it was in the lower 90s so we had the pool heated which is an extra charge each day. Con: Only 1 - please note that the pull out couch is in a main area in the casita. It was way too hot for anyone to sleep there, thankfully we didn’t need that extra space but it would’ve been a problem if we did. Probably a fine option closer to fall/winter Recommend for big group, would totally stay here again.

We loved this rental. It was incredibly clean, had comfortable beds, and included tons for a relaxing weekend from a pool to bocce ball. The architecture, design, and artwork were also very nice. Quick responses from the PM and would definitely stay again with family or friends!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great space for our group of 12. You can enjoy quiet time in the bedrooms located in the main house, or choose one of the 3 bedrooms in the separate casita, closer to the action, game room, pool, etc. Common living space in the main house is very spacious, with great size kitchen, and everything was very clean. Very convenient to downtown Palm Springs as well. We would definitely stay again.

I traveled to Palm Springs for a bachelorette and stayed with a group of 14 people at this property for the weekend. The space fit us well and we were able to spread out to spend time together at the pool, eat dinner at the huge dining table/living room, and make food/drinks in the spacious kitchen. Kori was very responsive and followed up to make sure check in went smoothly and the trip was going well. The location was also very convenient / a quick Uber to the downtown bar area! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The host was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back!

3 Bedroom House & 3 Bedroom Garage. Not a six bedroom house - had to separate the family and children Not safe for Children - doors Do Not lock to the pool. No children's toys. 5 Bedrooms Do Not have closets. Electrical breaker keeps tripping. Not enough toilet paper. Nice Host but was unwilling to admit these fundamental issues. Tried to resolve this amicably but unfortunately the host wouldn't consider anything.

Management and rules changed shortly before our stay. As a result things were a bit frustrating prior to our arrival. There were so many codes to get in and instructions and rules for our stay, we had low expectations. However, Kori/manager was incredibly responsive and that made our stay great! The property was perfect for our needs and it was as advertised. The Gorilla Villa was definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood.

We had 8 and everyone was comfortable and had their own bed. Really spacious house, awesome kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good spot to accommodate 12 people. Garage in the back was converted to additional rooms and not connected to main house which was fine however those rooms are less luxurious than the main house. Pool was great. Main house was great. Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms and showers. Would stay again.
