Nice base for Prescott exploration

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming cottage. Walking distance to everything downtown. Very clean, all amenities you need and comfort of home. Will definitely be a return visitor.

We really enjoyed are stay in this duplex. We had everything we needed for the two of us. Was really appreciative of the water and snacks that were there for us when we arrived as we got in rather late after driving for 5hrs. We really liked the location as well.

This duplex was nicely decorated and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with ever you would need to cook and serve meals. The owners added nice touches like a white noise unit in the bedroom, snacks, water bottles and coffee pods. Walking distance to downtown. We would stay again!

Everything as described, great property,great location. Did not need a thing, everything we needed was already there. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Prescott! The house was recently renovated and very comfortable - perfect for our trip! It's located really close to shops and restaurants - Hosts Susan and Randy were very accommodating! We highly recommend this great house in Prescott!

I have now had the opportunity to stay in both sides of this home, and it is amazing! Susan and Randy are amazing hosts, the property is clean and in perfect condition! I love it, and would stay here every time I come to Prescott !

I needed a place to stay while I was moving my son out of the dorm at ERAU. This precious historical home was just perfect for our needs. It was great being so close to downtown Prescott & having the washer & dryer was an absolute bonus to to have to wash ALL of my son’s laundry 😉 I would have given 5 stars but the pillows on the bed were too flat for me. I know everyone has different sleeping preferences, so maybe having a choice of pillows might be a nice addition to the property. Something besides down pillows would be all it would take to get me to book this property again.

Small 2 bedroom unit in a great location near Prescott's town square. Clean and bright with comfortable beds having all the necessary amenities including off street parking in the back of the property. Home is divided into two separate rental units and has a nice front porch with a sitting area for that morning coffee. Located in a very quiet neighborhood within a short walk to downtown for shopping, restaurants and night life. Will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our too-short stay in this remodeled historical cottage just 2 short blocks to downtown. Once we parked our car behind the home, we didn’t use it until again it was time to leave, as we walked to restaurants and the art festival in the courthouse square. We found the cottage very clean & organized, with good wifi, TV, comfortable furniture and a beautifully remodeled bathroom complete with towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner. It was just my husband and I, so we didn’t need the extra Murphy pull-down bed in the 2nd bedroom, but 3 or 4 could stay here comfortably. There was everything you could need for cooking in the kitchen, although with such a short stay we didn’t cook but went out for our meals. Susan and Randy kindly stocked the kitchen with snacks and bottled water as well (thank you!), which was very appreciated. The porch was delightful, with comfortable patio chairs and a table as well as a bench for relaxing with your morning coffee. With 3 AC units, we were comfortable with the warmer-than-usual temps for Prescott. The decorative touches were nice throughout the cottage too; you can tell much care was taken to make this vacation home appealing in every way. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was pretty much perfect. A lovely quiet place with safe parking. Easy access to wherever we wanted to go during our visit. Everything worked. The hosts were pleasant, instruction for guests were straight forward. We found the whole stay very pleasant. We hope to visit again - maybe for a loger stay.

Just a short walk to downtown was nice. Excellent location. House was very clean and spacious. The second bedroom had no A/C window unite so the room was hot and stuffy for the 90 plus weather. The bathroom and bedroom doors where hard to close. The $3000 deposit might put off some renters.

Enjoyed every minute of my stay! Owners Suzanne and Randy were so friendly, making sure their rental was everything I wanted and more. Very responsive to questions I had. Property location was perfect and very close to square (2 short blocks walking distance). Even though it may be a duplex, it was like I had my own place. No disturbance from attached unit and adequate parking for both. Unit was immaculately clean and comfortable. Front patio seating was perfect for an outdoor cup of coffee, breakfast and view. Would definitely stay here again and plan on it! Thank you Suzanne and Randy!
