Francesco veramente eccezionale Struttura curata, stanza pulita. Colazione buonissima ed abbondante Abbiamo portato le cagnoline , accolte Senza il minimo problema, anche dal suo cagnolone, Leone. Posizione perfetta per girare i paesi limitrofi Parcheggio interno comodo Grande parco attorno alla casa curatissimo , con grande e bella piscina Servizio caffè self service a pagamento a disposizione ,graditissimo. Consigli per cenare nei dintorni bene e a prezzi buoni . Abbiamo avuto questo e molto altro Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. Grazie Francesco.

The room was comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great with a variety of food. you feel like you are in the country.

We were very happy and did not have any dislikes.

Excellent breakfast

One of the reasons for choosing this place was it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't useable despite it being early October and the temperature in the mid 20s. There was no offer of a price reduction by the owner., thus making it expensive for what it was. I can see why the general reviews of this property are higher than I would give it (between 7 and 8) but when a significant reason for choosing the property is not available then I have to down rate it. I suggest others thinking of booking this property and want to use the pool check ahead before booking.

Beautiful settings with lovely pool in the grounds. Very comfy beds and nice aperitivo service :) And gorgeous dog named Leone!

All was pleasant.

Great location, very quiet but close enough to town. The Via Francigena trail is literally around the corner and a pleasant walk to Sutri takes around 1,5 hours. Francesco the owner is very friendly and helpful. Great swimming pool for a swim after the hike. Lake Vico is very close for good restaurants on the lake shore and more hikes.

Room very clean and comfortable, basic. Very Pretty area, on quiet hillside. Staff fantastic, I arrived around 9pm and he helped me order some food with a delivery. Nice simple breakfast. I visited with a Bicycle and they were able and happy to store inside the breakfast area. If you visit with a bicycle or large vehicle I would recommend going to the address from the south side as the shorter route from the town is extremely steep. Great value for money, large bed
