Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (snowboard, kayak et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 2 minutes jusqu'à Hoyt Sherman Place ou de 3 minutes jusqu'à Wells Fargo Arena (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).
Cette maison de vacances de 293 m² constitue le lieu de séjour idéal pour vous détendre avec un jardin et une terrasse privée où savourer un délicieux cocktail, mais aussi un brasero et des barbecues. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur : Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision et jeux vidéo.
Cette location avec 9 chambres et 4 salles de bain compte également la climatisation, un bureau et un espace bureau. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. There were 14 of us total and we had room to spare.The house is located literally minutes from everything we wanted to do and was the perfect location for our family reunion. We all definitely had some amazing adventures in IA.

we booked this 3 unit place since we had a family trip to go see the Iowa Cubs. It was perfect for our needs. My husband was amazed at how spacious the units were. We were able to gather in the backyard to play bags and other yard games we brought. The hole in the fence so the neighbors dog could keep an eye on us is hysterical.
All of my questions were answered, check in and check out instructions were sent in a timely manner and self explanatory.
The location is great, minutes from the Iowa Cubs, downtown area and shopping.
if i had one thing to say it would be to add more fans to pull the cool air around the unit upstairs.

Let me start by saying that the property manager Tobias was a good communicator.
We had our family Christmas reunion here. The 3 units worked out well for our out of town families to stay. This is an old place that still needs repairs here & there but what house over 100 years old doesn’t. I’m sure it was grand in its early days. I’m happy that the owners have plans for repairs & more updating because I hate to see old homes get run down. There was a leak under one of the kitchen sinks. The maintenance man couldn’t get his key to get to the water main to shut it off in order to fix it. So we just put a bowl under the sink to catch the water.
A sign on the thermostats said Do Not Touch.
Its January & freezing. People were to cold to sleep. Luckily I live local so took over a bunch of comforters so they could keep warm.
More blankets, bath towels, hand towels & wash clothes would be nice to have in all units.
It would be nice to have the option to rent the units singular instead of having to rent all 3 units.
Overall it worked for our family reunion.

I could not get the property manager to ever reply to me once I got there. I even called and left a message. We never did locate disposal button for unit 3 kitchen sink.

We loved finding a 10 bedroom place to rent for the week so that our whole family could be together for Thanksgiving, but we won't be back. While the location was good for vising the city and coffee shops, the house was a disappointment. Wallpaper is falling off the walls. Outlets are not covered. Smoke detectors are removed and/or disabled. (One was chirping in the basement and could be heard through the cold air return.) There were no kitchen towels for dishes or hands, plenty of dishes and pans but no pots for using in the oven, and there was a mouse. To use the garbage disposal, you had to connect an extension cord underneath the sink to the disposal! The front door doesn't close and a couple of the stairs going to the upstairs unit are broken (and extremely dirty!). One of the queen size beds has a smaller box springs making the sides droop on the bed. The blinds were broken in a couple of the rooms. The front steps are uneven and not ADA compliant. I don't think this rental is up to code! And when we arrived, there was a large pile of dog poop in the yard.
