This house is even more pet friendly than advertised. The enclosed yard makes it easy to let your dog spend some time with you in the yard. Pet food and water bowls were provided as was a large crate and dog bed. Even if you are not traveling with a dog, the house is comfortable, in a nice, family friendly area. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen looks brand new. I cannot say enough good thing about this house. If I am back in the area again I would definitely look to see if this property is available.

The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and cozy with plenty of room. The owners were quick to respond and friendly. Easy to clean up after ourselves. We really felt at home.

Great pet friendly home!

We needed a kitchen with good lighting. Kitchen was fine, low lighting, hard to see. Overwhelming amount of Febreeze plug-ins, but understand the home is pet friendly- which we did not need. Close to our event and stores when needing them, overall the house suited our stay in Northern Kentucky. Thank you

This was a gorgeous little home. Very well appointed and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a short drive to family and friends in KY and OH. The neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that it was pet friendly and we could bring our fur baby along with us!

I almost didn't book this house because a review below mentioned the neighborhood was scary. We didn't spend much time in the neighborhood and other than the house next door burning leaves as a massive fire through the night it was extremely quiet! This was maybe our 8th stay at a house through Evolve and we enjoyed the house a bunch with all the nice and comedic little touches throughout with decor. Only suggestions would maybe be the back door to go outside was very difficult to close, open and lock at times due to the warping of the older house and some of the glides in the kitchen like in the silverware drawer could probably be replaced. Upstairs master bedroom was super cozy and the house made us feel very comfortable. Thanks so much for giving us a place to bring our dogs so our whole family could enjoy! We also appreciated the hands off approach to just show up and enjoy the house while following the simple instructions for check in and check out. We will be back :)

Owner was great to work with. House was setup perfectly for animals. Old house, well kept, cute style. AC does not reach upstairs rooms though, fan provided but got hot. Neighborhood was less than desirable though, rough/scary, got directly into our car daily (locked at all times).

We had a pretty good stay here. We were in KY to visit with my father who is not doing well medically. There were no places to sit outside as the furniture was too low and the cushions had no covers on them. The steps were difficult for Dad because the railing was not totally secure. Lighting was not that great in house. It was a charcoal grill not gas…no charcoal provided. The pans in kitchen were not the greatest. Owner was difficult to contact at first and didn’t get back to us right away. Was a pet friendly place so there was opportunity for our dog to go outside in fenced in yard.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Casey has provided everything you need, even bowls for the dogs. Perfect place to stay for a visit to Cincinnati.
