Plenty of room. Clean. Over priced. Far from beach. Maintenance was wonderful when we needed something.

Property is well kept and just as described! The golf cart was great and very useful for short trips. Only issue we had was with the grill- we could not get it fired up. But that was a small item in the grand scheme of things. Great place!

Loved the location! And everything was super close for us. The kids loves the Gold cart definitely a plus.

I want to write a good review as the property was beautiful, great floor plan and property management was attentive, but that is where the fun times ended. We were informed 2 days before our stay there was a problem with the first floor a/c that would be fixed in less than 24 hrs. after checkin. They brought in portable a/c for those rooms. It never properly cooled that floor and we had to run the small a/c units the entire time. A/c people and property people in and out daily for the week and had to communicate the issue every day. AC guy told us something still wasn’t right(it would blow cool air but the humidity on that floor was super high) it stayed about 75 degrees every night. Felt gaslighted by property management when he came in with the temp gun at 9am to show it was blowing “cool” (yet not keeping up throughout the day) he was more concerned we would ask for a refund than acknowledging there was an issue (this was our last full day.) The only time it dipped below 73 was for a couple hours early morning. The other floors were working well so it was noticeable something was off on that floor. It was a frustrating circumstance that took up space every day on our vacation. Not the experience we paid for. One final note: check the golf cart agreement- you are not allowed to drive it after dark. I’ve been in several Destin rentals and never had this restriction. It is in the agreement that you are sent after booking, but it was a bummer.

This house has a great layout. We had three families staying in the house, so the 5 bedrooms gave us space for each set of parents to have their own room, and the kids to have a boys' room and a girls' room. The open kitchen/living room is an excellent hang-out place. More great things about this house include the location (super central and close to the beach) and the golf cart (super fun to take to nearby dinners and to shuttle everyone to and from the beach all day). A few things that I didn't like or could have been better... 1)The blankets on the bed are SUPER thin, so if you're used to sleeping with a regular comforter, you'll need to bring your own. With that being said, the beds were super comfy. 2) They only provide a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies, this means for a one-week stay, plan on buying or bringing your own dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. During our stay, we had 2 issues... 1) The hot tub was without power and EXTREMELY unclean when we arrived. The water was brown and there were beer cans in the bottom of it. They sent someone out the next day to fix it, but they ended up having to drain it. We were without a hot tub for the first 2 nights of our 7-night stay. 2) The handle on the kids' room (4 bunk beds) was broken when we arrived. When locked, it wouldn't unlock. This was not really a problem once we learned about it, we just told the kids not to lock their door. However, the handle was obviously bent/broken and was not fixed during our stay. Overall, this is a great house, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking in the Miramar Beach area. It was our first time in this part of Florida, and we had a great trip!

This was a birthday trip with friends and family. The property is located in a very nice Community. It had everything you could possibly want. Great communication with the property group. We would most definitely stay here again. A++++
