A nice, clean, spacious room, a sea view & extremely friendly and helpful staff. They have a great restaurant downstairs.

I don't think it's worth the money, it's a very standard hotel with standard facilities. Nothing spectacular or 'boutique' as the name suggested.

Room is small but has what we needed for one night stay. Bed is firm and comfortable, windows have thick darkening curtains, cozy bathroom even has a bidet spray.Staff were very helpful to store our food in their fridge and our two bicycles in their storage room across the street. Location is just up the street from the mercado plaza, short walk to the aqueduct,.

We were both awoken at 1:30 am by the rhythmic bed squeaking noises of the guests above us. Bring ear plugs as you may need them!

the room was very spacious, pretty and comfortable. it has an electric kettle, coffee and tea. the bathroom is as new. everything was super clean.

the AC wasn't working properly.

Air conditioning worked great. Location was close to restaurants and sights.
