The worst ever stay that ended up in leaving after 1 night instead of planned 3 nights. I still cannot get why this hotel has so high rate. The main problem with this hotel is that "not smoking" room means that they haven't smoked there for the last few hours. I could hardly breath in our "non-smoking" room. We asked to change the room but it was all the same. Also it was pretty cold in the room as all the windows were open ( as if they were trying hard to hide the smell). The room itself was quite outdated. We decided that we need leave the next morning even though we,ve already paid for the whole stay. I've asked for the refund at the reception but they said they cannot help and just suggested to change the room again in the morning. Thank you for Booking suppor who helped to sort this out with the hotel. The next morning hotel staff instead of proceeding with an agreement to reimburse the rest of the stay tried to keep us and change the room. Then when we still asked for cancellation it turned out that the card reading machine is not working and they cannot reimburse ( ridiculous) but they will ask bank to process the transaction. Good I asked for a print out confirmation (who knows how honest they would be). By the way, in the morning it was freezing on our floor as all the rooms w/o guests were open with all the windows widely open (this seems to be how they make "no smoking" rooms) Breakfast was also so so.

Not far from the main attractions but Quite. Traditional Turkish breakfast was good enough. Clean and comfortable.

Parking is not easy but hotel staff was very helpful

The strict cancellation policy

we made a booking for 3 nights and were given a smoking room without any notice and had to stay there 1 night. This triggered my wife’s asthma and we left at 6 AM. We couldn’t get a refund for our trouble. Save yourself some hassle and go boom at a reputable facility nearby

The staff were lovely. Helped us with all requests. Even gave us breakfast despite us waking up late and missing the breakfast time.

Tv didn’t have Netflix. Would have been nice, but is okay.
