This property is a central location for most activities. Everything is updated and exceptionally nice. The owner responds quickly, in fact I inquired as to which kind of coffee maker there was and it was the regular type and he responded again that he put a Keurig, as well. A very nice one, too. The yard was big enough for our grandson to play baseball. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in that area for a nice place to stay.

We loved this secluded home. It was only a 10 minute drive from the Scarborough Fish & Game club where we competed in the Maine State Sporting Clays shoot. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it and booked to go back in September!

We have been to this property before and were back again while we visited Maine. It's quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to so many things. We truly feel at home and and hope to come back again soon!

The tap water had a distinctive brown tinge to it for the first 3 days of our stay. As a result, we bought bottled water for drinking and cooking. Also, two of the three TVs did not work. The one with the combo DVD/VHS player wouldn’t play a new DVD. None of the 3 TVs were connected for broadcast TV. Luckily, I knew my Amazon Prime password, otherwise we would not have had any TV. However, other than those two nits, the rental was very nice, quiet, and well provisioned!

We came up for the 2024 UNE Commencement in Portland and needed enough space for 5 adults and a few vehicles. Located just a little south of Portland, this was the perfect solution! I have to say, this property is a gem. The owners have done a fantastic job in appointing the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was modern and well equipped for any cooking needs. The living spaces were well furnished and inviting, and all three of the bedrooms were a joy to stay in. Lets not forget the warm and fun decorations/artwork around the house. The icing on the cake for me was how invited we all felt in staying at the house. Our contact for the home was beyond receptive for any questions we had and always responded in a timely manner. Major kudos there! We even had fresh flowers waiting in the kitchen for our arrival. Nice touch! We also enjoyed the privacy of the property - something you'll never get staying at an in-city house/condo or in a hotel. Nothing beats walking on the grass in the morning enjoying that first cup of coffee while looking out over an adjacent pasture. A peaceful way to kick things off before diving into a very full day of activities in the city. When back in the area, we will definitely book here again! We rented this lovely home over Thanksgiving last year and were so delighted with everything it had to offer we decided to rent it this year for our Thanksgiving celebration. It's quiet, clean, well laid out and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. It is located near local restaurants and beaches should one choose to venture out, The hosts are most gracious and communication was prompt. They even had wonderful personal touches-homemade soap in the bathrooms and fresh flowers on the table to great us when we entered. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The location was awesome. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The vase of flowers welcoming us was sweet and thoughtful. The owners were kind and responded quickly when we asked a couple of questions. We would stay here again.

We could easily get to all the places we wanted to go from the beach to downtown. There was even a lovely nature walking path right down the road.

This is a comfortable 3 bedroom place for all of us to stay. Good location to head to the beach or into Portland. Pleasant surprise that there is ac.

The location of the house was great for our purposes, a much more economical option than staying in Pine Point or OOB. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and seasonings. We enjoyed the tranquility of sitting on the sun porch. The vase of fresh flowers upon arrival was a nice touch. However, the space could have been cleaner and the mattress size of the master was not what was advertised. The listing stated that there are three queen beds, the bed in the master is a full. This makes a big difference to us taller than average folk. I mentioned this to the property manager and there was no acknowledgment of the listing being inaccurate. As for cleanliness, the A/C unit filters were full of dust, under the couch cushions was full of dirt and crumbs, and there were mouse droppings under the baseboard heating in the “Victorian” bedroom. I would have initially thought of renting again in the future but the property manager’s lack of acknowledgment of misrepresenting the space has dissuaded me from returning.

We stayed there for a family wedding party in Scarborough about 10 minutes from the property. Everything was clean. The amenities were great. We had to do a little cooking and the dishes, pots and pans were ample. Nice bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Two of the beds were pretty soft but just fine for kids. The master bedroom had a nice firm mattress which is what I prefer. A quick text to let Zach know I arrived and he gave me a code to get in. Close to most everything. I would stay here again.

Very clean & tidy, appliances & all in good condition. Lots of the little things you need in the kitchen were present, unlike many rentals. Overall very good place to stay. We were day-tripping and this is an excellent location for that purpose. Very good value, and all-in-all a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Very nice home, great location. Easy to go to each days excursion, no matter which way the day was taking us. Lay out of the home is perfect for the family get togethers or offers privacy.

This was the perfect home base for our annual Maine getaway! We were close to all the things we needed and wanted to do. The host was wonderful, and left us fresh flowers for our arrival. The home was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and the views of the woods were lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

The home in Scarborough Maine was just perfect. Very Clean, with lovely fresh flowers waiting for us. There were 5 of us and we had so much room. The house has 3 Bedrooms on different parts of the house making it quite private for each of us. The bedrooms all had queen size beds which is so hard to find, usually one bedroom will have a twin or bunk beds. The kitchen had all the utensils that you would need to make meals and serve them as well. The location is very private and we had daily visits from some very beautiful deer. The master bedroom has a sun room off of it and my husband and his sister enjoyed their morning coffee watching the deer some mornings out the windows.We were so pleased. Zac was very helpful and any questions we had were answered very quickly. We all had so much fun that we are hoping we can stay here next year.

We recently spent 5 days at this property and really enjoyed it. The house is very clean and the setting is private, but you are very close to everything in Scarborough. I had an issue with the VRBO app on our way to the house and could not access our code for the front door and Zac responded to my email immediately. We also left an item behind and he did his very best to try to catch us before we were too far away and then graciously went out of his way to mail the item back to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a great house with even better customer service!

Our family rented this house over Thanksgiving weekend and we liked it so much, we rented it for the Christmas weekend. It's private, quiet, very clean, well thought out floor plan, the kitchen has plenty of cookware for cooking meals and as mentioned the house is very near local restaurants, a short drive to Portland and not far from the beach. Any questions were responded with promptness and politeness. A true gem! We are looking forward to renting this lovely home again.

Booked the house for a week long work trip. Check in was easy, house was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home after a long day of work.

House was spacious with 3 separate bedrooms located in different ends of the house along with two full bathrooms. Kitchen was open to the dining area and living room and came with a full selection of pots and pans and spices to prepare meals. It was a perfect retreat in the country to relax.

This property was very spacious and handicapped accessible, which helped me get in and out of the house. One of the bathrooms has a shower that is big enough for a shower chair. It is located in the perfect area for all kinds of attractions. Over all we are very happy with this place.

We are three adult women who used the house as a base for traveling around the area (Portland, Kennebunkport, Old Orchard Beach). It was very private and had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked and the living arrangements were great. The beds were terrific and the master bath had a wonderful tub with jets. Everything was immaculate. I would stay again and highly recommend the place.

Loved this house. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It was clean, spacious and quiet. My daughter really enjoyed the little sunroom off the master. 😊 It was nice to be so close to the beach but also be able to avoid the crowds and have a yard to enjoy!

This house was totally comfortable and the location was perfect for attending a family wedding in Buxton, visiting Portland and enjoying the Scarborough seashore!

The house is very nice, well kept and very comfortable! We wish we were able to spend more time at the house during our visit, so that we could enjoy it even more. The setting is very nice and much greener than the picture shows. The air conditioners did an excellent job during an unusually hot early August. We would highly recommend a stay here!
