The location was close to downtown. The house is spacious, allowing for 7 adults (2 couples and 3 singles) each having their own room. We had a reunion of friends and cooked a couple of nights with the need of basic items like hot pads and kitchen towels - but overall everything was great.

The home was beautiful and spacious, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately none of the rooms matched the listed room arrangements on the website and the number of beds was inaccurate. The house is said to sleep 12, we were a group of 11 and if we didn’t want someone on an actual couch (not sofa-bed as listed), we had to sleep 3 people in one king sized bed which wasn’t great. I don’t normally leave any bad reviews but was disappointed in the inaccuracy of this listing.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was great for taking walks or walking to get coffee. Close proximity to fun things in Nashville. Overall, I would stay here again.

Let me start off by saying the property manager is awesome. They responded to our messages very quick, and made sure we understood if we needed anything at all just message them. The house was clean, well decorated for a Nashville trip, and a perfect distance for a short Uber to any spot you would like. Top Golf, Broadway, and the greatest little restaurant Redheaded Stranger. My friends and I had the greatest week, and we all agree when we come back we will be staying at this great house. Thank you for a great experience! 5 Stars ⭐️

This house you couldn’t beat the price. It looks just like the photos and very spacious. great to accommodate everyone with their own large room and bathroom. The host was very easy to contact. Beds are comfy and everything is very close by. Showers get super hot and air conditioning gets very cold. I would totally stay here again. If I could give any advice to save money your best bet is to go to Publix less than 1 mile away and get basic items such as bagels and eggs and lunch meat to make breakfast sandwiches, coffee and cold cuts. Saves a ton of money on breakfast and snacks. Also, if on broadway check out jacks BBQ. Best place we went to this entire trip. Food was outstanding and the hospitality was unmatchable. Ask for “cornbread” he will help you with everything.

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. This house was so roomy, very comfortable and absolutely beautiful. It’s very convenient to downtown too. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just adorable inside and out. Thankfully the property rental allowed parking for 1 vehicle per bedroom. This was awesome considering our family arrived on different days. The inside was cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Most of our activities were near the Opry Land Hotel and Opry Mills, which was close by and easily accessible. We would definitely stay her again. Thanks!

Overall a great place to stay. Easy to Uber downtown. Only recommendations are, if 12 adults are staying, consider adding things like more coffee cups and blankets.

The property was clean and quite new as advertised in the photos. We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is also very easy to get to and use ride share. Accommodations were great with comfortable beds, large kitchen/common area, and excellent air conditioning (it was 100+ degrees with feel like above 110). The only two complaints we had were 1. Even though every guest gets two towels, only 1 washcloth was provided per person and 2. The cookware was a bit lacking (no mixing bowls, oven mitts, etc) but we made due. The small bag of trash bags and such were great as was the bottle of wine. Other than those two minor items, excellent stay!

Every year we take a quick trip to Nashville from Memphis. This year didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect.

This was the first place I thought of when we were coming back to Nashville as we stayed there last year. I was glad it was available. It did not disappoint, easy check-in, very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year.

From start to finish this experience was exceptional! The house was perfect for us and is well maintained. The owners have thought of every last detail. We look forward to staying here next time we are In Nashville.
