Greatly enjoyed our stay! What a lovely place

This house is perfect for a family with younger kids. The location next to the park is perfect! Also is nice that you can rent their golf cart. It made it so easy!

The house had everything we needed and Stacy was always very quick to answer any questions. It was awesome that the golf cart was included (for a weekly fee).

This little house is perfect!! Perfect location to beach and downtown. Right next to the park is a huge plus too!! We loved renting the golf cart. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, baby gear/books/toys, and beach items. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Stayed for a week at this cute house. Our friends stayed right next door which was very convenient. Provides many amenities such as beach chairs, floats, toys, cooler, golf cart if you want to rent it. Many kitchens utensils/appliances as well. Very close to Main Street shops. Very short cart ride to beach (or walk). Very responsive owners were great. Would recommend!!

We were very impressed with every detail of this property. The decor was so beautiful and there were so many little extras. Perfect for a quick getaway with my friends! Renting the golf cart is a must!! Cape Charles is lovely and we had such a relaxing weekend. I would rent this property again for sure!!

The house was AMAZING! It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable! Felt like home (just cleaner!) We will definitely be back!

This was such a lovely place. The house was clean and cute and the location was great. Everything was easy to find and to use. It was so amazing to have a high chair and pack and play provided. The kid toys (indoor and outdoor!) were a nice touch and the outside patio with shed and TV were really cool. The weather was not good but we were thankful to have a nice spot to stay. This is a "must book!"

Wonderful location, just a few blocks from Downtown and steps away from the Park. Every amenity available. Kitchen is great. Living spaces are comfortable (including front port and awesome back patio). Great hang out place on the back patio with TV and games! Beds comfy. Highly recommend.

We’ve been vacationing in Cape Charles for years and have stayed in the historic area and Bay Creek. This was our most enjoyable vacation yet! Stacey was great to work with! Communication from the time we booked until the end of our stay was timely and informative. Stacey was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their cleaners are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The house was spotless! The house had everything you need including bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, coffee maker (with filters), lots of kitchen utensils and appliances. The location was wonderful! It’s right beside the park and only a few blocks from the beach. You’re right around the corner from Peach St. Books, which has good coffee, and all the shops are in walking distance. Definitely try Coastal Baking Company! Good coffee, breakfast pastries and cookies. Cravin in Table and Tonic has good grab n’ go sandwiches. We rented their golf cart too. My daughter said it was the best one she’s ever ridden in! They also had a nice outdoor shower put in, which will be great for beach days! We’re looking forward to returning as soon as we can!

Stacey was a great communicator and quickly responded with any questions that I had. My youngest daughter enjoyed the toys and coloring books on our rainy day. The ability to rent the golf cart with our stay was a special treat.

This property was the perfect size for my family. The kitchen was well stocked - they even had kid friendly plates/utensils. We appreciated the smart tvs, Alexa, and sound machines. The shed had plenty of beach toys/chairs. Great location! Only a short walk/ride to the beach and right next to a park with a great playground.

Delightful home ,completely updated and fine for adult daughter and I. Great location, loved having the golf cart but also nice walking area. Hope I can stay again.

We had a great time in Cape Charles and with our stay at Parkside South. So close to everything and the beach (which we kind of had all to ourselves one day). Stacey was easy to communicate with and we loved the small touches like the books and toys left out for our toddler. The place was spacious, great kitchen, and although we didn't take advantage of it the backyard looked like a nice place to relax after a long day at the beach. The place was well equipped for everything you'll need at the beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. The playground right next door was also a plus for letting our son get some extra exercise. Not that he needed it because he loves the beach. Easy walking to 'downtown' restaurants and shops. Definitely bookmarking this wonderful unit for future trips!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. The kitchen was so well stocked, there are tons of games, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is close to the main shops and restaurants and the beach access. The golf cart was definitely a highlight for my kids and well worth the extra cost.

Great experience. Great location next to park and very close to shops and restaurants. Awesome outdoor space with games, sitting area and TV for a family movie at night! Was perfect for our family of four. We rented the golf cart from our hosts too which was really convenient

We enjoyed spending Labor Day weekend at Parkside South! Being next to the park with the playground, tennis courts and fountain was convenient for the kids. The shed was well stocked with chairs, umbrellas and floats. And we loved watching football on the outside tv. The kitchen was well stocked.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! The location was great being right next to the park and very close to the beach and Main Street. Lots of activities/games for the kids. The golf cart rental was a must and made the trip so easy especially with little kids! Everything was as expected per the description and pictures!

Perfect location one block off main downtown Cape Charles, large field/playground right beside the property, 10 minute walk to the beach. Golf cart a must for the Cape Charles experience. Beautifully, newly renovated, house. Very responsive owners. Called me back within 10 minutes of an operator error issue with the golf cart when I submitted a message. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!
