Loved the area this property was located in. Close to local cafe/deli/markets and also a couple of great restaurants / pubs. We also loved being able to walk up East Rock and into town ( we like a good walk!)

I would prefer cotton sheets.

Comfort house

I liked how the owners provided all the comforts needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed the security with their door lock system. Even though it's located in a densely populated area, it was a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to downtown.

Easy access off the highway, ample parking, within walking distance of Yale Campus, there is a Yale shuttle stop right outside of the building for farther venturing, quiet neighborhood. Altogether a good value and a great place to stay.

The property was very clean and up-to-date. The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions and issues we had. It snowed while we were there and the entire property was shoveled for safe and easy access to the house, our cars & street. It was great having a driveway to park in too!
