Arrived and cleaner hadn’t cleaned from last guests, had to book a hotel for the weekend was very disappointed.

Unable to access the building due to no security fob. Staff promised to ring back, being left on the doorstep for 3 hours until I sourced alternative accommodation with no call back to confirm. More staff not returning calls or emails. Being offered compensation but never receiving it. Pillow Partners are the agents for this property and were shockingly bad to deal, didn't care that they left us stood outside the property with no accommodation.

The overall apartment was great, very comfortable and the location was exactly where we wanted to be.

the kitchen was small and hard to work in. There was no hairdryer as advertised that I could find. It could do with a mirror in the bathroom and a clothes drying airer. The handle in the bathroom was so hard to turn that you couldn’t get out the bathroom.

No heat, or hot water. Owners had not paid bills and we could not get it rectified during our 2 night stay. No mirror in the bathroom. It was like a half finished house. No hairdryer either

location was fairly central, and nice big apartment, plenty of room. Plenty of parking and seemed safe although town location.

The cleanliness was not up to scratch , sticky drink cup marks on furniture that hadn't been polished, window sills were filthy! and windows, bits all on the carpets as if it had been cleaned in a rush. Window in kitchen wouldn't close. No number on the flat door so we had to guess it was the right flat! and the entrance and stair well was disgustingly dirty we nearly left at that point before we even got to the flat. Wi-Fi was good but box and wires just left on floor of entrance hall, just no attention to detail a small table would have looked so much nicer. No mirror in bathroom only shaving one and shower flooded the floor unless you turned it towards the opposite wall away from shower screen. No Bath mat so had to use the very small towels. Overall standards need looking at as this could be a very nice property but that main entrance needs addressing.

Good location close to station and shop nearby for essentials. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed, ironing board was a plus

There was no electricity when we got back Sunday night but was easy fix as my son knew where the fuse box was and turned it back on
