Clean, friendly staff, good price-quality ratio, very large rooftop swimming pool, good location, close to the main street (2 minutes walk), close to a large supermarket. The parking was spacious and easily accessible (first check-in, then you get a card needed for the parking guard).

Nothing major. Only item that comes to mind is that the sofa cushions seem to be worn down, so you could feel frame when sitting.

Beautiful appartement and excellent pool. Probably the most beautiful furnished appartement we ever had on holiday. Plenty of chairs at the roof top pool. We even made it to the gym several times. Good (not expensive) pool bar. Overall: excellent choice, would recommend!

It was pretty perfect.

The apartment is very well furnished, nice furniture, nice place, well organized for a couple, everything is there and practical. Very new, modern and nicely styled. It was very comfortable to live in for two weeks. It is also very close to the pedestrian street and to the beach. The pool area was perfect, we were there in June/ July and it was not busy at all so plenty of space to enjoy the chaise longue and pool. Going for groceries was also very practical as the main supermarket was just next door as well as convenient stores.

We did not go to the beach as the closest felt very crowded and not much sand area to enjoy without having to be at a private club/ restaurant. The prices of playa in this area are really expensive, we come from Europe and it was as expensive as in Europe or even more.

Zeer schoon uitgebreid appartement. Groot bed. Prima airco en interne prive parkeerplaats.

If I could give it a 0 rate I would! We stayed here last December and loved it so we decided to book it again. First we came into a different apartment than we ordered. I contacted the property and what I think was the management company was extremely rude and kept saying it’s the room we ordered. I asked her to look at the pictures of the apartment on booking vs what we got and she got very pissed and told me basically to F off and contact booking if I have a problem. A few minutes after she messaged me that I was right and indeed there was an error and we got a different smaller apartment. She offered a small discount or full refund if we leave. We are traveling with a 2 years old and didn’t have much choice but to stay. Next day the electricity fell down. I called her again and she said she is checking it. We went to the front desk and they told us they didn’t pay the electricity bill and this is why they were cut off. I called her again telling her that they didn’t pay the bill, it was extremely hot almost 100% degrees out and we are sitting outside with our 2 year old and we need a solution asap. At this point she hang up on me and never answered again. About 30 minutes after she messaged me that we have 2 options: either move to a bigger apartment without any compensation or leave with a refund. I told her that this is not ok and we should get the other apartment (I don’t care if it’s bigger or not as I never asked for a bigger apartment than what I ordered) and some kind of a refund as this was their mistake with the wrong apartment and then with not paying the electricity bill. Once again she basically sent me to ***. I had no choice but to stay as we don’t have the option to look for a different kid friendly apartment without any notice in advance. Not to mention that half of the pools are closed for maintenance. This was by far the worst experience ever!
