Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (luge, snowboard et bien plus encore), cet appartement non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Grâce au parking de l'hébergement, vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 4 minutes jusqu'à Gunnison River ou de 6 minutes jusqu'à Colorado River.
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec une terrasse privée et un brasero où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi et télévision.

Long weekend stay for wedding in Palisade. Great location - easy to get to awesome bike trail as well as wedding/reception in Palisade. Needed an iron and ironing board for our wedding attire and host delivered both in an hour. Would stay again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was central to everything in GJ. The only problem was that the door lock was very difficult to open with the key. The property manager said it’s already in line to get fixed, so that’s good news. Also, be aware you have to park and access the property from the back alley.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a terrible mildew smell, and a pair of shorts with underwear in the bed when I pulled the covers back. I contacted the host via Vrbo, then through the text they had sent to confirm the booking, then called the number, then called the other number for after hours, and got a vm saying that vm had not been set up for that number. No one responded to any of this. I called VRBO directly who also couldn’t get a hold of anyone. VRBO said they needed to give the host time to respond, and the cleaning company didn’t go back in until 1am (this happened at 10pm). VRBO said I needed to wait to hear from them and if I didn’t hear back by 1am (!!!) to call them back and they’d issue a refund. They offered no other option for where to stay. The next morning (9ish) I got a text from the rental company who was defensive at first, despite the photos I sent them, and then said they’d reimburse the cleaning fee. Eventually they agreed to refund me entirely.

The location was great for going to the University or to Main Street. I walked a lot. The apartment was very comfortable and had great air conditioning. I’d recommend over a hotel room any day.

You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. We loved it, but if you are elderly, or have mobility limitations, the steps might be a bit difficult to get up and down as they are a bit steep and narrow- when carrying a suitcase

The studio was amazingly equipped. For instance, the kitchen has everything that you may need, including several ways to make coffee. It is obvious that great care was taken to design and equip the space. The only drawback was that the management company didn't realize their automated check-in system wasn't working. It It took nearly 90 minutes to get into the studio at a time when i was exhausted. I would guess that this is an infrequent occurrence.

The studio was spacious and sunny. Spring time in GJ is gorgeous and walking to downtown from the studio was easy. The garage is fantastic. We would stay in this studio again.

Everything about this studio is exceptional, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, convenient place to stay, this is it. Everything you could need in an adorable studio apartment, even a garage. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for the 3rd time and it's always perfect. Great location for CMU campus activities but also an easy walk to downtown. The garage is a big plus and the studio is so well furnished and stocked. It's our go to place when we go out to visit our son at college.

This was one of the most pleasant places to stay that we have ever visited. Perfect for two people. It was bright and beautiful with one of the most well-equipped kitchens my wife and I have seen! It had a one car garage for our vehicle which was a great bonus. I accidently left my travel pillow there when we left and, after contacting them, they took the time and sent it back to me. How awesome is that! Great group of folks and a great place to stay!

The location was perfect providing easy access to the purpose of our stay as well as great restaurants! Overall this was a great place to stay! Super clean and exactly as described - also loved being able to park in a garage. We came to celebrate our anniversary and see the wineries. Within driving distance of all the wineries we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was beautiful.

Instruction to the studio should be more specific “Back alley of the house”. The only entrance is thru garage, there is a padlock on the gate to sideway. The restroom door could use a handle to grab pull or push. Would be helpful to label which one is shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
Other then that, we love it. Garage help cool off the car on hot day. The little washer/dryer was cute. AC works. Clean and comfy. It is everything we needed. We don’t cook, can’t comment on the kitchen.

Great location for parents with CMU students - can walk to campus, downtown GJ, the stadium, restaurants, and just about anything. Perfect for a weekend stay and nice to have a kitchen and patio area. Love the décor and the brightness of the studio. Everything was great! We will be back...

This rental is everything we could have hoped for in our recent visit to Grand Junction. A great location within walking distance to downtown and to the university area. The carriage house style apartment was modern, clean, and very well appointed. We loved the convenient included garage below for parking. Highly recommend!
