The property was very clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular. Kathy was easy to communicate with.

Great location steps from the beach, two pools and easy walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We had absolutely beautiful weather with nightly sunset from our balcony. The hosts are responsive and answer questions quickly. The condo is cozy, but all we did was sleep there. Everything you need is provided. there was so much to do. Music along the beach every night, good seafood. S plenty of sunshine.

The location and parking were perfect, close to all kinds of restaurants and bars. Treasure island is fantastic and the condo was very comfortable

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities and much, much more. The host was great and her ocean front condo was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well worth the cost!

The condo was extremely clean, very well stocked, and overall perfect for our family vacation! The building amenities were perfect for our little ones, and the proximity of the condo to the beach cannot be beat! The view from the balcony was magical to watch sunrise and sunset over the water! We will definitely be back again!

This is the best condo by far at Sunset Vista. All the amenities and more. Parking our front. Ocean front! Easy checkin. Great pools and bar. Nice restaurant on grounds. I’ll be back for sure.

Had an amazing time! Condo was beautiful and exactly as described! Lots of personal touches you don’t find at other places.. extra toiletries, coffee, tea and beach supplies and we even had a welcome basket! The host was very friendly and responsive! I would love to stay here again in the future!

The unit was perfect for our needs and the location was excellent. View of the ocean couldn’t have been better. The owner was excellent to deal with and had all the necessary items and more to make our stay wonderful.

Perfect location on the beach. Easy to check in. There were many little things that made our vacation better, like fluffy white towels, make up remover wipes, razors, also coffee and biscotti available. The resort is nice because there’s a cafe with really great food (get the Cuban sandwich!) and a bar near the beach.

The location of this property cannot be beat! This home is even better in person. From your parking to the beach - everything is right there. This beach has the best wildlife, friendly people & one of the quieter beaches and towns you’ll find. We hope to be back!

What a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful beachfront view of the Gulf! Very clean and well kept. Kathy (the host) is the best! Everything was perfect! The condo was above and beyond expectations. Kathy had furnished many extras that you won't see elsewhere. Forgot a toothbrush, shampoo, washing detergent, etc.? She has you covered with a great personal touch. You'll find a nice basket of munchies to satisfy your sweet tooth as well. We travel a fair amount, and would recommend a stay at Sunset Vistas 303W, or anywhere Kathy hosts for that matter! Thanks again and looking forward to our next visit, Scott and Missy Price

This was a wonderful vacation and the condo and property was everything we hoped for!

What a great location. The property is even better in person. Beautiful views and the unit it is so clean and comfy. All the special little touches makes the unit so welcoming. Great communication with Kathy as well, what a great host. Definately do not pass on this place, it is wonderful! I think I gained 5 pounds from the goodie basket!

We had an amazing time at Kathy's condo! Everything was perfect- From check in, to communication, to all of the extras! The kids loved all of the snacks and my husband and I appreciated having the coffee! The place was clean and within walking distance to John pass and to many other places too! We hope to be back again some time soon!

This was our third year staying at Sunset Vista and it was the best one yet. Kathy and Rich were wonderful hosts. Kathy was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. She had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week with family and friends. She went out of her way to add some extra touches- boogie boards, sand toys and specialty coffee and some treats which my children immediately found. 😊 I also asked for a crockpot and she made that happen, too! The condo was clean and was fully stocked with all your kitchen and bath needs. Many of these units are older and could use some updates but Kathy has added some finishing touches that made this condo stand out from others we had previously stayed in. Several of our family members, who also had units here, commented on how nice our place was. The location of this condo was perfect and you have a beautiful direct view of the gulf. We can’t wait to go back next year and look forward to working with Kathy and Rich again.

The condo was the perfect spot for our spring break! It had plenty of space and all of the things one might need for a beach vacation. The location was perfect for the beach and so easy to run up for lunch. The sunset view from our deck was spectacular! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We had a wonderful time here this week. Plenty of space, clean unit and owner was available for the questions we had. The are has lots of restaurants within walking distance. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach.

Just what we needed after arriving. So was the coffee! We enjoyed it while sitting on the patio waiting for our family to wake each day.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. The beachfront view and location are perfect. The condo was spotless. It was stocked with toiletries, plenty of soft towels. Kitchen well stocked and even had snacks and coffee. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve ever been treated. The resort has a small beachside bar with great bartenders. There is even a cafe on site to get breakfast or lunch/ early dinner. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing condo! The beds and pillows were so comfy, Even the pull out sofa where the kids slept was super comfy! Condo had an amazing ocean view and the balcony was roomy. Super clean and all the comforts of home. Condo grounds were well maintained and the beach is amazing. Stocked with high quality linens and the air conditioner worked great! All new appliances and everything you need to cook and care for a family with kids. Condo is super kid friendly, but would be perfect for a romantic kid free weekend too. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely will be back!

Sunset Vistas has been my go-to when I'm looking for a getaway to the Gulf Coast since we live locally in Orlando. Now it's nice to know there is a unit with a great manager as well. Small concerns were quickly acknowledged and handled. On arrival, there was even some goodies and all the amenities you could use for a great beach weekend! Thanks, Kathy!

Loved the location. Condo was exactly as we expected and more Very well furnished with anything we needed which was a plus when it came to preparing meals. I don’t know if we were overly tired from being at the beach and pool all day but beds slept like a dream The view from the patio of the gulf was enjoyable and the sunsets was gorgeous.we did have a dishwasher problem and Karen and Rich were Johnny on the spot to resolve the issue We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone wanting the feeling of a home away from home and look forward to returning in the future Thanks again Kathy and Rich for allowing us to stay in the condo
