The location was good!

Several things needs to updated or repaired. The refrigerator leaks water inside the fridge all the time. The thermostat doesn’t work properly, so you either freeze or burn up. We never found a happy medium. The dryer doesn’t dry on first dry, and there has been a previous leak in the living room, causing the wall paper on that wall to peel/come off. It looks rough.

Property had nice pools and access to the beach and the golf carts were a plus

The property had roaches and the sofa bed is broken

Felt safe and could park at the beach.

It was not clean or updated. I had to buy my own soap and toilet paper but the owner paid me back for toilet paper. The garbage disposal did not work. I would stay at the villa again but not 906. It REALLY needs to be cleaned up.

Great communication with host services. The security and convenience of the property.The overall feeling of being welcome.

It was very nice, neat, and clean. it felt like a home away from home with all of the beautiful decor and comforts. We enjoyed staying, and will be returning for our next vacation as well.
