Grâce au parking de l'hébergement, vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Parc aquatique Rojales ou de 6 minutes jusqu'à Club de golf La Marquesa.
Bullez au bord d'une piscine extérieure et découvrez un jardin où siroter un cocktail en toute tranquillité lors d'un séjour exceptionnel auprès de cette villa de 1100 m² qui vous propose également une terrasse ou un patio et un brasero. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, initiez-vous au tennis de table et au billard, ou profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite et lecteur DVD.
Un salon, un coin salle à manger, un barbecue et une cheminée équipent également cette location de vacances. Just like to say what a fantastic villa and location.
Pool was lovely, it’s bigger than you think from the pictures.
The whole outside area is superb as there is loads of space for everyone to be together or for when you want a bit of time on your own.
You also have the added pool table along with ping pong as well to pass away the time.
It was great to have the independent apartment on the ground level which worked well for us with our big family.
Upstairs is great too as there is one big bedroom with en-suite and 2 others which share a good size bathroom.
Aircon in each of the bedrooms and lounge along with the fans keep everywhere nice and cool.
Any Queries or issues were dealt with promptly by the villa manager, good communication.
Lots of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes walk.
Two places we would recommend are The Argentinian steakhouse and Day and night.
Highly recommend this villa and we will be returning.

The villa was great and so close to local amenities. We hired a car but you didn’t really have to as everything was just a walk away. The pool was lovely we had a couple issues during our stay with it but was dealt with promptly by property manager. Plenty space for the kids to play. Overall was a good holiday and would recommend

Beautiful villa in an excellent location. Communication with Jill and Joanne was first class making the visit most enjoyable. We would certainly be looking to book the villa again in the future - Quesada has everything you could want in terms of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Had an amazing time…the villa is exactly what you see if not more. Had everything my family needed, close to all the bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation and outside space is exceptional especially as a family of 8 you need plenty of space. The games area went down a treat with everyone, the outdoor kitchen area is also a nice extra and probably would have used it in cooler months. The villa is in walking distance into the town of Quesada where there are plenty of places to eat out.
I did try and book again for the same time next year but unfortunately it was already booked. Great villa great holiday. Would definitely recommend it.

From the initial communications with Jill, the friendly welcome from Joanne and the stay itself, this was a fantastic holiday! Comfy spacious villa, great pool, with a pool table and table tennis table as well. Very close to great places to eat - a great location, beautiful villa - very highly recommended, we hope to be back one day!

Lovely, peaceful villa with great outdoor space. Off road parking. Gated pool, so safe for younger children. BBQ area had everything needed and games area well equipped.

The property was amazing it had everything inside and out that we could have wanted for our holiday, the situation was great you can walk to bars shops and restaurants, very quite , very comfy, would book again, nothing negative to say at all

The property was large enough to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 teenaged boys with enough room for everyone to have their own space, the pool area was excellent, the villa was very private, in a nice area and near all the facilities in the area.
We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning

What a lovely villa cannot fault anything. Excellent communication with both the owner and Merry maids. Everything you need is at this property we had the best time ever. The location is spot on nice and quiet but only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. We did not want to leave made wonderful memories. Very highly recommended

Stunning place one of the best in quesada
We have stayed in a few properties in quesada and this is one of the best , photos doesn’t do this property justice it’s immaculate inside and out , lovely pool great for families as it’s gated , the pool was very clean , it’s about 8 minutes walk into quesada strip with some great restaurants , but very quiet as it’s in a cup-de-sac, , beds were so comfy better than ours at home , I can’t rate this property enough as it’s perfect, u won’t be disappointed if you rent it , and the owner has replied to my messages , merry maids met us on arrival and on departure and there were very good a thumbs up all around many thanksTracey xx
